Embassy Suites Dublin Review

Excellent value and experience. Family of four were completely comfortable in a one bedroom suite and the breakfast and staff were amazing.

Was there for a professional event. The food was good. Room set up was comfortable abs functional

They have a full breakfast every morning and a grab bag for those of us that are on the run. The suites a large and comfortable with a giant screen TV in the living room and a large TV in the bedroom. They serve free drinks and snacks during happy hour. I hope to stay here again.

We are here for a youth program. The staff is nice and the rooms are beautiful. I'm very pleased with the hotel.

We took our granddaughter to Columbus on spring break to Cosi museum, and stayed at Embassy Suites. I'm not sure which one she liked most. Our suite was lovely. Very clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary snacks the evening we arrived, for all. Beer and wine for the adults, and lemonade for the kids along with a healthy, and some not as healthy, array ofsnacks The breakfast buffet (also complementary) was delicious. We really had a terrific time and will be returning when our family comes to visit in the summer.

I had a food delivery there. The stuff in the kitchen was very helpful and courteous.

Everyone at the front desk was so friendly! The room was comfortable and clean. And the fountain in front of (behind?) the elevator kept my toddler entertained while we all ate breakfast peacefully.

Conference room was clean and comfortable. Rooms are very spacious and clean. All rooms are two room suits with large TV in each room and include a mini kitcheonette.

By far the worst Embassy Suites I've ever stayed at. We arrived late at night and had to drive around for 10-15 minutes until we could find a spot or give up and inform management we had to park illegally (this soon became an every night ritual). Apparently there were several sports teams (whose parents were in taking up spots in the parking lot to tailgate/party) and car enthusiasts staying there (whose massive trailers took up another good portion of the spots).

When we finally got to our room it was uncomfortably hot (it was forecasted to be in the upper 80's all weekend). Of course, the AC in our room wasn't working and maintenance had to make two trips up the next morning the fix it.

We also found out that the bedside outlets do no work unless the light switch is turned on. Unfortunately we did not find this out until after missing an alarm because my "plugged-in" phone died overnight.

Other miscellaneous issues: no way to regulate temperature in mini fridge, no freezer section/shelf in fridge, no channel guide for the tv, and ripped up carpet near the elevator.

Nice hotel. Clean. A bit loud but that should be expected given the Embassy layout.

Feels like being home but better. Breakfast is delicious. Happy hour is free drinks and snacks in the evening. Staff is amazing! The rooms are really spacious.

Even with the construction the stay was great. Front desk reception, great, friendly people. Good recommendations for nearby restaurants.

They are currently doing construction but the staff was very welcoming and warm. I like the rooms, very big and clean. The workout room was good. The breakfast was awesome. Overall good stay

Hotel is a little bit older, but updated and the atmosphere is very nice. Most of the staff is extremely helpful.

Clean and very nice hotel. Business center was very nice and fast.

My family and I can't say enough about how awesome our stay was this past weekend. When they were at their busiest(FFA Meeting), they helped us with every issue we had(trash bags, more pillows and blankets, etc.) without any issues. From the management all the way down to the house keepers, very professional and pleasant. Thanks again Embassy!

Expensive and good place to eat an afternoon snack and drinks with friends while staying their.

Very nice suite. Nice to relax down in the Jacuzzi. Room was nit loud being next to the 2 major highways.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are extremely clean and the beds/bedding are high end and comfortable. The manager's reception every night is a treat. I go to a 3 day conference here every year and they never disappoint. The set up for video always works, no glitches, the food is excellent, coffee.water and tea is always plentiful during the day. I highly recommend!

I had a confirmation in writing for a room with a king, but was told no king rooms were available. They offered to make it up with extra points on their reward program if I joined. Why would I want to frequent somewhere there does not honor a confirmation?

Nice quality hotel with roomy suites, very comfy beds, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and a great atrium bar! Really liked this hotel for our conference.

May have been higher. I couldn't try the breakfast had to go to work 30 minutes before I thought breakfast was open. Maybe they'll let me come try it

Clean, spacious room. Interior atrium and meeting spaces well maintained. Fitness center and pool. Close to historic downtown Dublin. Easy freeway access. Microwave in room difficult to access and pool being worked on during our stay.

Awesome hotel with great amenities. I would favor a hotel like this anywhere in the world I travel and love it. Nothing lacking!

Great place for a conference. Restaurant is nice as well and the courtyard is beautiful. Lots of restaurants nearby as well for variety.

This location is under construction which we were not informed of when we made the reservation. So from 9am to 6pm during the week there was jack hammering. The maid service was not consistent. We would have no tissues one day and then the next they failed to pick up our used glasses and towels. Also the in room safe would not lock. The breakfast was kept up to good standards. We would have liked to have been informed when making the reservation.

Room was actually way better than I was expecting and along with the managers hour drinks special thing the continental breakfast was pretty good. I had actually alot of fun cause they were hosting an Indian pre-wedding ceremony, can't remember what it was called but got invited into it and had some fun.

Great food, Awesome lobby, Nice Staff, Awesome rooms, tv doesn't have that much channels, Gazebo, Awesome view, and a awesome fountain by the elevator.

Despite the ongoing renovations, our stay was very nice and the staff and amenities (such as social hour and breakfast) were great. The suite was perfect for traveling with our young daughter.

Friendly staff, convenient location, clean, nice facilities

Rooms are nice. Workers are cranky and act as if every patron is personally their worst enemy. Super loud. Quiet time is supposedly 11pm but at 1 am there were people shouting in the lobby. Could hear them in the bedroom with the door shut and AC running. Management "took care of it" by shouting even louder in the lobby. Breakfast was decent but again staff were cranky and rude. Pool is very small and we were extremely unimpressed. Not on the hotel, but we were called rasist after I (what I thought was politely) asked a 10ish year old boy to stop doing flips into the pool over the top of my 4 year old. I honestly didn't mind the flips - he was good at it and made some pretty epic splashes. What I didn't like was the thought of him landing on and hurting my kids. Parents reaction and treatment of my kids after was the last straw. Never again will we stay at this hotel. Travel east to the Corporate Drive Embassy. They rock!

Staff is friendly like and Hilton, but the hotel itself is starting to look a little worn out and tired.

Suite was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Only two drawbacks: room service was shut down early so we had to order from outside (though desk staff did offer to make a sandwich for us and recommended a restaurant that delivered) , and the distance we had to walk due to construction. The distance was difficult due to health issues. I am sure that will be rectified once the project is completed. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was nice and very accommodating. I ran into a situation where my husband came in late from working in a snow storm. Kitchen was closed and most restaurants closed early. He was starving. I went to the front to see what I could do, they jumped right on it. Gave me their last turkey sandwich meal, a couple bottles of water, and even helped me find a restaurant that was still open on top of willing to deliver in the storm (yay Donatos)!! My only negative comments are that the pool needed some work (over chlorinated yet still looked murky), and the catered chicken meal used for banquets was very dry.

Great place to stay, everything was excellent. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars... Those pillows were so hard and too high to get in comfortable position. Rooms, food, staff were excellent. We'll be back, with our own pillows!

This is a really nice hotel. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and clean. Food is good and so is the service. Large breakfast bar along with a small cocktail bar both in the eating area and lobby with plenty of seating in the atrium. Great location for a conference or a large get to together. Work out room, indoor pool and pool tables. Would definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Loved staying here for the second time. My daughters and granddaughter stayed here for our annual Girl's Weekend. A few problems, but the building is remodeling so it's understandable.

They did a great job with th conference, nice set up, friendly staff that was very helpful.

Loved the open bar. Restaurant food was horrible. Room was nice but had heating issues. Also the rail for the pool area was broken which is also a safety hazard.

Fantastic building with very accomadating employees. Rooms were clean, organized and very well equipped. There was a room mix up which the managers had fixed right away. The lock on our door was broken and they had it fixed before we even got back to our room after telling them. Great stay overall.

Things for kids to do swimming ,play pool

Clean rooms,friendly helpful staff, and kids loved the pool. Pool could have used a few more chairs. I only wished I could have enjoyed breakfast there but it doesnt start till 7 and I had to be up n out by then.....that was my only knock on this place.

This hotel in Dublin puts you right by 270 so you can easily get anywhere in the city. Always clean for us, and the free breakfast buffet is decent if you're in a hurry.

Interesting look to the inside of the hotel with the doors all facing a large, 8-floor cavity, but the rooms are very quiet with the beds in the back of each, behind a second in-room door. Room was clean and comfy, the bed was nice and the room itself was nicely dark, and the hot water plentiful... which are the things I mainly require of a hotel. And the bar had a few decent craft beer selections, so bonus.

Phenomenal customer service!! Just an all around nice place to stay alone or with family! Kid friendly! Tasty warm breakfast as well

Check in staff were very pleasant and helpful. They had free drinks/snacks for an hour an a half in the evening. They offer a breakfast that is included in the price of the room. The breakfast was very nice. They offered a variety of foods including a custom omelet station. The room was clean and tidy. It has been updated. Overall, this hotel was very clean, service was great and the only downside is the actual design of the building itself. The atrium/bar area is open in the middle and the rooms surround it. One of the nights we had stayed it was very loud until about 11 or so. Loud music,people talking loudly and some screaming from other guests. However, that would not deter me from staying at the hotel in the future.

Poor customer service. Way to long to waste any minutes of my life explaining. They should up their game and hire an actually manager on duty after 5pm. Was there for a repeat event and the assistant manager called the sales person instead of handling issue. Almost thought it was a joke or prank. Front desk gentleman only person working that seemed to acknowledge they made an error. Was not a big deal but denying the error and trying to make me as the customer wrong just not appropriate way to handle situation.
