First let me say the price was not the same as online 159.00 for one night ok well i gave in paid it this was subpost to be a b day night out for myself i had myself my wife and 3 kids yes they had a room open with 2 small beds and a pullout couch the room was nice and this was something we never went to as in a high star hotel we wanted to do something different for my b day hmm lets start ..number 1 the hot tub was not working at all !!! Number 2 the beds where hard as a rock and pillows where hard and stiff .. Number 3 food was so over priced we ordered pizza !! Hmm i could of done that at home .. Number 4 the pool was filled with so much chemicals in chlorine it was hard to swim but for 5 mins without getting winded and over powered but the smell are eyes burned for hours are bathing suits are now died colors .!!!! Number 5 the free drinks where ok we had 1 beer that was warm and tasted flat !! There happy hour of free drinks and chips and dip was a little low standards for this hotel .. And here is the meat and potatoes number 6 at 330am the alarms go off smoke detector going off everyone rushing out in the worst winter storm of the year for around 30 mins because of faulty alarms in the buliding so mind you not being waken up at 330am and not sleeping good at all because very hard beds and pillows now we are concerned on are we are going to sleep any at all and if so are we going sleep past the 11am check out time no worries we slept about a hour then desided to go down to get a bite to eat might as well cause of free breakfast lmao it was a joke food was cold or stiff to the touch this was 730am kids where unhappy i was unhappy wife was unhappy we as a family was so worn out buy this night of not sleeping and then having a bad breakfast we desided to go to are room pack up and head home fyi number 7 the heat was so bad in are room it felt like a heat lamp was above are head even after trying to adjust the a.c in the winter time it didn't work at all .. And so we checked out asking for some kind of refund or something for the trouble we went throw we got nothing at all .... I or my family will never return to this hotel ever again if i wanted to experience and 1star hotel i would if went to a motel 6 or low cost motel or hotel not a embassy this was a waste of money and bad move on my part trusting this place .. Good luck on whom ever stays and wants a 5 star hotel you will get a 1 or 2 they .Are good in covering up there name with cheap food cheap beds cheap drinks cheap everything even the carpets looked cheap and worn down but it that's how was subpost to look didn't like it all
