Lazy, theiving housekeepers! The hotel is huge, someone from housekeeping came in about 2 hrs after we had checked in(we hadn't requested any linen or trash bags) came back into our room had items missing from the drawer & housekeeping had thrown towels & huge trash bags in the front chair. Wifi was horrible, only 10 channel's on the tv. The elevators & trash can by the elevators remained full & dirty remained dirty for the 2 days we stayed. The pool has been shut down due to a broken syringe being found in it. When I asked the front desk about basic hotel cleaning of the general areas during the COVID she lied and said they clean every 3 hrs when the general areas past the 1st floor hadn't been touched in 2 days. Hilton should be ashamed!
