I've ordered a few items, most recently some food grade plastic storage tubs. These 1.5 gal tubs are PERFECT for making freezer meals to use in my instant pot! I love that their were different colors to choose from, and these would also make perfect Halloween candy buckets, or Easter also! Thanks!

Worst ever... ordered mattress cover on a friday, paid for upgraded shipping, got confirmation email saying was shipped, but by Tuesday still no shipment... called and said i did 2 day and they did refund shipping cost, but is friday again and still no cover.... get it together!!!

I ve gotten a couple products from them and so far all have been great. The mattress topper has been used for nearly a year now and is still holding up great

We have ordered a bed frame and a blanket from here. Shipping was super fast. The bed was beautiful and so easy to assemble that our 9 year old granddaughter helped put it together. The blanket is very high quality and exactly what I was looking for. I will gladly order from here again.

Oh My! This is Awesome! Bought a firm mattress, but it's just a lil to hard, so I thought I'd try your pad, ordered the wrong size but turned around and ordered the right size and was going to take the other back, Nope! It was so comfy I'm keeping it for a guest bedroom! Thank you!! Just what I was looking for, firm and yet so comfy!!!

Unfortunately, our platform bed that we purchased wasn't built to the standards of the $600 price that we paid for it. The slats are made from two separate half inch cheap plywood stapled together to a another 3/4" piece of plywood. Needless to say the slats didn't last long bed before broke.

I really like the style of the bed, but it does not hold up to what you should be looking for in a platform bed.

I just got my bamboo mattress pad and it is awesome. The delivery only took 2 days and was free shipping. Very kind service and USA made product. I will definitely buy more bedding products from them.

I ordered my first item from this company, a bamboo mattress pad, and received it in two business days. I didn't even pay for shipping and it came that fast! I'm a senior fraud agent in my companies customer service department and I strive to give exceptional service, but wow on this company! The outside of my box was hand signed with a thank you from the gentleman who did the final packing. Inside was a thank you from the woman who got it ready, along with the business card of a customer service manager. I mean who does that, it was amazing! I felt like I mattered as a customer and a human being so much, that I want to work for them lol! The two things that prompted me to make my first purchase, Veteran owned company and made in the good ol' USA product, win win! Thank you so much for the great product, and the extraordinary customer service!

Don't waste your Money! Ordered a set of king size sheets in end of April, put them away for a little bit. Uses and washed them once and the pillow case tore down the seam, then noticed a worn thin spot on the bottom sheet on the side. For three weeks have been trying to contact someone about this through chat and e-mail, finally today called customer service to be told rudely that there was only a 30 day warranty. Will NEVER buy another thing. If you like bamboo order from Cariloha they have a much longer guarantee and also made in the US.

Initial experience was very good. Ordered a foam mattress pad that shipped on time, was just what I ordered, and was comfortable as hell.

Followed the tag instructions the first time I washed it and the product fell apart -- less than three (3) months after purchase. Tore apart at the seems in the wash, still finding the stuffing material in laundry area a month later.

After speaking with a rep, they offered to replace it, but couldn't provide a shipping label since it was outside the 30-day return window. I mistakenly assumed this meant they would need to see the item before reimbursing me.

Thought they should cover 100% of the return, but after going back and forth with a couple of different reps, the most they would reimburse was half of the $70 return freight. Aggravating experience, finally just asked for my money back on the original order (which they did provide).

On 02SEP2016 I received an email saying my order, 10" Memory gel Mattress King AND platform had arrived and I was elated!

I even had my buddy haul away my old bed for me while I was out of town for the day!

I got home and found ONLY THE PLATFORM!!!

I was then informed my mattress had a different tracking number... It is coming from Mississippi, and it won't be here until 07SEP2016.

I now have no bed for the next 5 days because of shotty shipping information...

Idc how nice the bed is, I'm sleeping on an air mattress now. I have Multiple Sclerosis and suffer from daily pain...

My items have usually been delivered quickly and if there is a delay I have gotten a note to let me know, keeping me updated. They are very courteous and my experiences have all been fantastic. My husband have been extremely pleased with the products, matress and pillow, we have purchased from eLuxury. We purchased online but the people we have talked with on the phone concerning our orders have been great. We are especially pleased that it is a veteran owned company. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because we wanted to order more products but they were out of what we needed and it is taking a while to get them. Great company.

Bought a queen mattress and protector from eluxury. Came to door in three days. Free shipping and no tax. Bed is comfy. Not as firm as I thought would be but ok. Will try it and if I need to return, seems easy. Good company.

Absolutely love my comforter I bought from this company. It has been through several washes and over a year in use. It is perfect in the cold months and looks incredible on the bed. I ordered the short queen bamboo mattress pad for our RV. It was very comfortable; however, the first time we used it after a week of camping, the quilting thread started unraveling in several spots. I called the company and they sent me a new one immediately. I will continue to order from this company with this great customer service!!

I bought a 900 Gram 6-Piece Egyptian Cotton Towel Set. It is by far the most luxurious set of towels I have ever owned. They are so thick and soft that when I hugged one to myself I also brought it to bed with me. It was like the best teddy bear I'd ever hugged. But that is not what I bought the towels for. I bought these because I need a really good set of towels. I set I can be proud to hang when company is coming over. A set that will last me many years without being all raged and torn. This set of 900 gram Egyptian Cotton Towels by ExceptionalSheets make me feel like royalty when I use them. 900 GSM is the heaviest weight a towel comes in. It refers to the density, weight, and absorbency of the towel. That being said as this is a luxury towel with the highest GSM available you can expect it to take a little longer to dry. Naturally if it can absorb more water it will take more time to dry it. Now my clothes dryer dried them as fast as it dries my other towels, but hanging them to dry takes longer. I recommend when using the face cloth to wring it out really good before hanging it to dry. If you are looking for a great set of towels these are beautiful, well constructed, and will make you feel a little spoiled and pampered. As you will see in the photos they are very large towels. They laundered nicely but did lose about 1/2 of an inch in length upon laundering. Although they seem to have become thicker after laundering.

I've never paid that much for a mattress pad but I have to say I am so pleased. I purchased the Bamboo Matress Pad Topper and it's the best! Not only did it save me back pain in the morning but it helps me sleep cool at night. Thank you very much! I will recommend you to family and friends.

This is my second bamboo mattress pad. I have one for our home and just got another one for another bed! I have the cotton sheets as well. Love everything I have ever purchased from them! This company sent me a link to review sheets that I ordered but never received. The company deemed my honest review not appropriate for their website so posting my review here. I do not trust a company that only allows good reviews.
I never received sheets - bad communication.
Came across the Egyptian sheet set and the price was listed as Free . So who wouldn t attempt to purchase. Never received tracking number; only emails asking how I was liking my sheets. I emailed the company and they responded that it was a glitch in the system and provided a link where I could purchase at current price and stated my ordered had been canceled. I get that. No problem. However, I had to reach out to the company to receive this information. If there was a glitch or cancelled order an email should have been sent to customers explaining the error. These sheets may be great but I am so burnt out on companies and their lack of communication/customer service.

Just bought the bamboo top mattress pad it is worth the price. I can finally sleep cool at night. Highly recommend.
