This company sent me a link to review sheets that I ordered but never received. The company deemed my honest review not appropriate for their website so posting my review here. I do not trust a company that only allows good reviews.
I never received sheets - bad communication.
Came across the Egyptian sheet set and the price was listed as Free . So who wouldn t attempt to purchase. Never received tracking number; only emails asking how I was liking my sheets. I emailed the company and they responded that it was a glitch in the system and provided a link where I could purchase at current price and stated my ordered had been canceled. I get that. No problem. However, I had to reach out to the company to receive this information. If there was a glitch or cancelled order an email should have been sent to customers explaining the error. These sheets may be great but I am so burnt out on companies and their lack of communication/customer service.
