Initial experience was very good. Ordered a foam mattress pad that shipped on time, was just what I ordered, and was comfortable as hell.

Followed the tag instructions the first time I washed it and the product fell apart -- less than three (3) months after purchase. Tore apart at the seems in the wash, still finding the stuffing material in laundry area a month later.

After speaking with a rep, they offered to replace it, but couldn't provide a shipping label since it was outside the 30-day return window. I mistakenly assumed this meant they would need to see the item before reimbursing me.

Thought they should cover 100% of the return, but after going back and forth with a couple of different reps, the most they would reimburse was half of the $70 return freight. Aggravating experience, finally just asked for my money back on the original order (which they did provide).
