Paradies Review

This place is perfect if you like uneducated supervisors who use really bad grammar. That's what they have here. This place is a joke but no one is laughing. The one called porsha is super unprofessional, mistreats employees, and sounds extremely ignorant. This place might have a chance if she wasn't involved at all with the company. She yelled at an employee and began to belittle her in front of the entire staff for getting a drink of water. This really happened, and I was appalled. This is only one example, which I have many more. They do not have a working water fountain and they attempt to sell drininks including water on break. That would be fine if they had water available, but they most certainly do not. This is a clear violation of the workers rights. This place is disgusting

HORRIBLE no communication skills ghetto and they show favoritism

I've worked here for 5 years and couldn't be happier. I honestly believe this is the best job I've ever had. Two of my sons and one of their girlfriends work here, as well. It's fast-paced, hectic and can be stressful but those things keep me busy and I'm never bored or watching the clock!!

THE WORST JOB I EVER HAD , IT'S UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE ENVIMERNT IS RACHET . THE LADY PORCHA WHO IS IN CHARGE IS SUPER CRAZY, LIES AND TENDS TO ACT OFF OF EMOTIONS MOST OF THE TIME. I REALLY BLAME THE JOB AGENCY (SKY BRIDGES)FOR PLACING ME AT SUCH A LOW GRADE ESTABLISMENT . OVERALL RATE IS 1/10

Worked here for a summer job. Loved the welcoming co workers and Porscha was very outgoing manager. Couldn't be more satisfied with my experience!

I had worked there for 2 weeks. And I can say that this place is so unorganized, manager Porscha does not know what she is doing or dont even know how to manage the facility, there is no communication what so ever, and she rather keep lazy people working there than hard working once, she terminated me for no apparent reason and I exceeded for them to give me an answer as to why. I was wrongfully terminated, I always busted my ass working there. This is why I will take it to the next step.

The worst company to work for. Hard work, a dirty, unsafe place, full of danger for workers, zero industrial safety, the only thing that interests them is money, they run over the workers, they cannot sit all day, if they do they are retired of the company, and they can't even see the time on their cell phones because they still run the same. Luck .. Horrible.
