On 02SEP2016 I received an email saying my order, 10" Memory gel Mattress King AND platform had arrived and I was elated!

I even had my buddy haul away my old bed for me while I was out of town for the day!

I got home and found ONLY THE PLATFORM!!!

I was then informed my mattress had a different tracking number... It is coming from Mississippi, and it won't be here until 07SEP2016.

I now have no bed for the next 5 days because of shotty shipping information...

Idc how nice the bed is, I'm sleeping on an air mattress now. I have Multiple Sclerosis and suffer from daily pain...
