Tried to withdraw the money Certica says it is withholding for my taxes, but wait? they have to ask my former 'client' to release the funds? So I wasn't paid that money yet and Certica wasn't holding it for me. I asked what happened if my 'client' went out of business before paying my taxes, operator said "well to my knowledge that has never happened". Okay, so what if it does? This company just facilitates sham contracting. If you are told to sign up to them it's a sign you are going to be extremely underpaid. run for the hills.
Terrible company. Have waited on the phone line for multiple hours on multiple different days over the past few weeks only to be hung up on. They are withholding $ for PAYG. They did the same last year. I can't file my taxes until they pay the amount they are withholding. My tax accountant said Certica was one of the dodgiest companies he has seen. The ATO or ACCC or Ombudsman should look into them. I am going to fill out a report.

29 days POST FESTIVAL and people still not paid. This is totally unacceptable. 20 miinute wait on phone to be told that there are no managers available to talk to!! Call back next day,no managers,no one can help. Keep calling, pay tomorrow,pay tomorrow is all i get told. customer service promising to get manager to call back,call never comes!!
30 days to pay on contract,lets see what happens. Certica is meant to make it easier,not true,getting paid has become a stressful experience.

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune of working with in my whole 58 years on this earth. An awful company with awful people. I don't wish bad on anyone but I hope this Covid19 thing wipes you out. Dave Mariner (the rightful owner who had to depart from the company for one reason or another) has more heart and soul in his little finger than any of the Snow Flake Charletons working there now. You know who you are R and J.
Exploitation in a major way, contractors duped and not paid, the companies using these guys are just as fraudulent and know exactly what is going on, a way not to pay people that have done work for them. Alinta Energy need to look closely as this is who they use for B2B sales people through Apex and these guys are not getting paid. Pay slips not legal, do not pay superannuation, the ATO needs to investigate this company as do Fair Work. Young workers being exploited!!!

Still not paid and all documents have been signed and filled out and sent from 19th and re-sent 22nd april by my boss. Manilla phone call answering when asked where they are but said they are based in Brisbane also. Pay me thanks before Thursday or on Thursday at the latest.
They just try to rip you off. nontransparent paying structure, uninformed customer service, hidden fees and no consensus.
I have been waiting on the call for more than an hour. No response and yet no PAYG Summary on my account. I cant even file my tax returns due to this.
I had some issues regarding customer service, they didn't reply my e-mails and the payslips are confusing. I had to ask for my bond back 3 times to have an answer (in my opinion they should pay it back automatically). But after my complaint, they called me and solved all these issues. At the end, I was happy to be listened and also received a refund which I wasn't expecting.
Illegal, charges your super contributions off your taxable income. Has no clue!
Certica can't write an invoice. They're trying to subtract my superannuation from my taxable income which is illegal. Then no mention of superannuation on the invoice. Withholding superannuation payments without asking for super fund details. They're trying to tell me that withholding 9.5% of my taxable income is the correct way to withhold my super . Bunch of clowns if you ask me... Who need to read up on Australian tax law.
