Extremely courteous and professional. Prompt service, product as advertised. I ended up returning product due to changing mattresses shortly after (mattresses from a different company - no longer needed this product). eLuxurySupply was extremely prompt with providing return/refund instructions, made it very simple. I got a nice thank you postcard in the mail.

It's obvious this company cares about its customers. I won't forget this, and will look to shop with them again in the future.
