This hotel is exceeded my ecpectations. Starting from receiption, they are glad to see you, sharing with fresh tea after long trip. Out check-in was at 13:00, but we arrived at 11:00 and Ali gave us an option to visit pool, spa center until room was being prepared. I highly recommend to stop in Ela Quality Hotel in Belek. Our room is always clean. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Drinks are tasty, Foods are delicious and variety. You can find different meal section. For example La Perla Snack Restaurant and La salsa For breakfast. Guest Relations are every time helpful and have smiling faces. Pools are big and kids club is good place for children. The last 2 weeks I was a guest or a Pasha in this beautiful resort. Starting at the check inn where instead of the normal room I had booked, a bungalow apartment with private pool area. Apparently, the main building was fully booked and thus had good luck. Special thanks go to Mr. Ali from the front desk. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and fulfilled all our requests. There are various pool areas in the resort and everywhere you can be sure to eat very well. So that one does not get bored in the two weeks, the animation team Snizhana, Anastasia, Tatiana, Lena, Mustafa and Mehdi offer various games and fun games during the day. In the evening there is always an event at the amphitheater. Another big thank you to the service ladies at the lobby bar who are more friendly and friendly serving the Turkish mocha with mineral water. The kitchen in general was very good and the a la carte restaurant service and quality was extremely good. You can tell that all employees want to offer a special service. I absolutely recommend it to the resort. If I come back to Antalya, I will come here.
This Hotel is uniquely for couples only. It's all for kids. The room for the children is super. Children's kitchen separately. A lot of lounge chairs in Tini. Pool for children with a slide. The sea is shallow in moderation. Milking one who loves depth is the pier.

Overall I am satisfied with the service. Ela qualityde stay 3 times. If we start from the rooms, it's clean. In case of bathroom setups, there should be disassembly shaving set and pouch. Food is good as flavor but red meat variety should be increased. Desserts are good but change daily. Mini bar service increased the variety. But the bath is a little small. The service of the bars is beautiful.

The complex has a number of beautifully designed outdoor pools, which were too cold for us in October and were not used. Sauna, wellness area, indoor pools, bowling alley, fitness center, cinema and many other areas invite you to linger. The beach is clean and has plenty of berths. The beautiful and large jetty with a bar and berths should be emphasized. However, 18+ areas are missing, so guests without children (or guests who have left their children at home :-)) can find peace. Absolutely recommendable for families, for "childless" with some restrictions also quite good

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I chose Seaview room as I could see all big Green Area. It would be 2 min stroll to the Belek City Centre and 15 min stroll to the Land Of Legends. The hotel is modern, rooms are very clean and the staffs are lovely. Also I loved the frequency of the tidying of the rooms mid day. Guest relations staff were helpful in everything. They have beach service. The hotel is in great position and the pool and gardens are beautiful. Main restaurant and Kalamata Snack Restaurant are excellent. Overall, I had a great trip and Belek as a whole was beautiful. I would recommend to families and children and you can come for your special honeymoon.
