Gloria Hotels & Resorts Turkey Review

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed and I'm unfortunately highly disappointed.

Good points:

- grounds are spacious and still lovely.
- some really good staff who try to really help and provide some fantastic service.
- good rooms with space if a little wearing around the edges.

Bad points:

- very bad food, some of the worst I've eaten in a whilst Turkey, and I come very often. There is no effort made in the concept nights and there far too much use of Turkey as a meat when they call it beef.
- guest relations are patronising and seem incapable of answering basic question or making reservations for the hotel restaurants.

This hotel has all the potential to be fantastic but the food is awful and needs a change. Please also improve customer service, apart from some excellent exceptions much progress needs to be made.

I doubt I will be back unfortunately as I've been hungry all week.

My hotel is a hotel that smells of quality. Only the aquarium in the entrance shows its difference.

The hotel is a beautiful resort hotel with its own beach and on a high level. There is nothing that could be faulted here.
The food is varied and there is a huge choice.
The rooms are well equipped and very well maintained.
The personnel is very friendly and courteous.
In my summary, I can fully recommend this hotel.

I have already seen various hotels in the world and this one was really the most beautiful so far. The rooms are very clean and furnished to a high standard. The swim-up suites with direct pool access have a great terrace. The bed and especially the pillows make you sleep like a baby. The different restaurants make first class food. Here I was particularly impressed by the Italian.
In addition to the many bars, the bar on the jetty in the sea is the absolute highlight!
I will definitely come again!

I haven't met such a hotel for a long time. Simply wonderful, description doesn't help much because you have to experience it yourself. This hotel comes highly recommended.

Very nicely run hotel with great food, great location and a very nice wellness area.
The house also has an excellent kitchen. The prepared dishes are a delight for the palate. We could relax here just fine.

A hotel that you have to visit

At the Gloria Serenity Resort, you have to arrive and feel right at home. Here you can experience competent, friendly, unobtrusive staff who take up the wishes of the guest and are happy to fulfill them. The rooms are high-quality, clean and create a wonderful feel-good atmosphere according to the respective category. The wellness area is also to be highlighted.

My special thanks go to Ms. Yevheniia, Radkevych and Mr. Hasan, Topuz. You are doing a very good job. The two manage to make the guest completely happy.

I will also keep Nisan & Ahmet in good memory.
But here you can only praise and courteous all the staff. Thank you so much for the perfect stay.

Too bad that the Route 66 restaurant is reserved only for villas. In my reservation with luxair I could benefit from it but the manager Demet GURSOY tells me that it is not. So no meal in my favorite restaurant. I was finally able to prove that I was entitled to it, but the urge was no longer there.

It is very pleasant to be here again after 9 years. Since it is a golf hotel, it has a very large area. It passes by the river and has a magnificent landscape. Food and facilities are at a high level. It is hard to find better to find peace and rest.

Great Hotel, better restaurants and rooms than Gloria Golf - But prefer Gloria Golf for atmosphere @ lounge, pub and especially Pier.

Great place to relax with children. Lots of entertainment for children of all ages and interests. Separate, varied baby food throughout the day. Your own water park, zoo and other recreation areas.
For adults, too, many places for recreation and entertainment. Football, tennis, volleyball, water polo, etc.
Surprised by the lack of queues for food. At the same time, the food itself is very diverse and high quality.
The large area allowed you to feel free by the pool and by the beach.
Probably one of the best hotels in Turkey.

You feel the difference from the moment you enter the hotel.

I would go back to Gloria Serenity just for the heartfelt service from Mustafa at the bar and Osman at the stake restaurant. Simple , heartfelt hospitality without any OTT behaviour.

Everything was just right, there was nothing to complain about. Simply a great hotel! Definitely deserves its 5 stars!

Well-kept really huge area. Therefore, the people are well distributed and you are occasionally the only one in the pool, on the slides or in the sea.
The hotel has two huge pools, one of which is even a saltwater pool!
The food is very good and varied thanks to the various themed restaurants.
The cocktails occasionally vary from bar to bar, but are for the most part very good.
The rooms are large, clean and well maintained.
The after-service in the room is also recommended!

A wonderful hotel. There are a wide range of cuisines and snack bars with 7/24 meals and unlimited alcohol choices. There are still breakfast plates for those who missed the breakfast buffet late at night. The rooms were clean and the staff very concerned. The golf courses are huge. The only 2 that I had seen were missing; 1- There is no market to buy some things you forgot to take on holiday. We forgot and we had to go to the center of Belek only to go to the taxi-a price of 80TL like a cold :) 2). It can be added. It's going on at some hotels. It could be better here, too. Overall I'd say the best hotel I have ever gone so far in Turkey.

A wonderful hotel with so many activities for bith adults and kids. The Spa is particularly outstanding. Staff is friendly and although we don't play golf it looks beautiful.

Well equipped and staffed resort. The food is much better than the Golf resort. The gym/ pool/Spa may be smaller but quieter and a better experience.

Excellent hotel! Clean well-kept area, excellent service, food for so many varied that it is difficult to have time to try everything. Very pleased with the administrator, when upon arrival, at the request of us, we were given a two-room apartment without extra charge, we were pleasantly surprised. Another cool feature of the hotel is that you can use the services of all the hotels of the Gloria chain.

The grounds are kept impeccable, the food is varied every day and delicious, the 5 specialty restaurants, French, Italian, Japanese. Steakhouse and Fish, for which you need 2 day advance reservations are ok but lacking certain dishes that are authentic to the speciality. Service is ok and much better when requested but there should be no need to request. Housekeeping is very accommodating and ready for any of your needs

So I have been here for a few days, and I am impressed with the great grounds and the choice of activity, the attentive and helpful staff and (beautiful) Very large pools. With several hotel together it adds activities to do. Nothing to say.

Great hotel for families. Huge, beautiful, well-groomed territory. Beautiful villas with green lawns, a jacuzzi, terraces and sunbeds and mattresses. The hotel has excellent pools. The beach is big, clean, sandy. The entrance to the sea is excellent. There is a relaxation area with a bar on the pier with a descent into the sea. The cuisine is delicious, varied, including for children. Speaking of children. They will not be bored at this hotel. Game rooms with good animators, water slides, bicycles, trampolines - children of different ages will find something to do.

We rest for 9 years in a row. There is something to compare. Chic family vacation. Remove the villa. We really like. Thanks to the hostess, she managed to keep order. Gennady semenuk

Everything is fine. It is necessary to go a little to the sea, but not critical. The rest is gorgeous.

Nice staff, food is good but the special restaurants, especially the Italian not recommended.

A hotel where beautiful famous artists show rickety

Good hotel, service at 5, the food is gorgeous, on the territory are very cool places where you can take pictures! Very good impressions!

A nice hotel in a very large garden with greenery. The quality of the food and drinks were top level. Staff concerned and friendly. You'il be lost a few times in the garden until you know where the room is. But don't mind walking a bit in the forest :))

In a 5 star hotel, there should be such a situation that the child could not order a drink at the bar children in this hotel treat as no important animals. Bartenders do not pay attention to them, but when a blonde comes with half naked bikini, then you know what.

Were in this hotel for 10 days, with two children. Liked everything. Food varied and high quality. On the territory of several restaurants. Every evening performances of artists of a high enough level. Kids Club and animation will not let the children get bored. Entertainment was enough, did not have to look outside the hotel. Do not list everything. Recommend.

Hi, we are due to leave on Monday the 12th of Oct and we are going to sadly miss this place. The staff in this hotel definitely make your holiday so much more they go above and beyond for you. Yasemin who works in traces snack bar is amazing and works tirelessly to make sure eveyneed is fulfilled 110% such a wonderful lady she is. Tarken who works in the lobby bar is olso the man to go to he too works tirelessly to make your stay that extra bit amazing too. The food is out of this world and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this holiday to anyone. We hope to be back soon and a massive thankyou to each and everyone of you that made our holiday unforgettable
