I do not recommend this hotel, the service is very low, the maximum service is 3 stars

The room is spacious. but on check in they gave the wrong type of room. We ordered a mountain view, got a building view. had to fight a little and we were moved to a better room

-cleaning in a room for 3, cleaned superficially

-the service in the restaurant is also weak 3, the staff is not enough. tea, juices, etc., it was impossible to wait, The dishes were not removed from the tables: they had to collect it on the table in a mountain

-the hotel area is large and green

-a good kids club with a city of professions

- fine sand on the beach, enough sun loungers

- WE HAVE A NON-PERFORMANCE !!!
The grandson was riding a slide in the water park. Not having time to reach the end, the man was released, he was driving at high speed. The grandfather barely caught the child, but did not have time to move away and the man broke his nose and lip, They almost killed the child. The husband, covered in blood, went with two children to the sea, where he washed, blew his nose with blood clots ... Not a single hotel employee approached him and offered help. When I made a noise in the hotel and asked to call the police, only after that they began to ask what happened.
Even in the cheapest hotel, they would come to the rescue of a person who got into such a situation not through their own fault, but through the fault of the hotel workers !!!
