I ve been working with Lindsay Windows for about a year now and the one thing that I can t stress enough is how abundant their communication, courtesy and professionalism is with me and the rest of my co-workers. Any time I have a question, Rachel has been there to assist through every step of the way and continues to set the example for pinnacle customer service. Thank you to everyone at Lindsay Windows for everything that you guys provide for my job-site, it definitely doesn t go unnoticed!

As a former employee of this company . I was forced to sign a contract with them that I would not leave or quit. But 9 and half months before my contract was up they fired me telling me I made to much money which is funny. As for the product I have delivered windows that were cracked .the frame was broke the glass was installed backwards. All these things were noticed by me and I was told to deliver anyway .... as for the people of lindsay good luck being told to deliver windows in an unsafe manner regardless of the jobsite being forced to drive trucks that stop running at 65 miles an hour in the middle of the freeway . So in my opinion this company should no longer exist in this state. The man Dave who runs this company just dont care anymore about his employees, customers or his products.... I highly would not recommend buying from this company millard or plygem have a better product anyway.

Very hard to get an order in correctly. Not willing to work with you whatsoever. If anything goes wrong absolutely the customer will get blamed one way or the other and you possibly will get yelled at for it as well. Horrible experience

Update 2: two folks from Lindsay randomly showed up at my house today and they were incredibly delightful. They fixed my windows and answered all my questions. Updating to 3 stars (5 stars for the experience today, but 0 stars for the experience before)

Update: I installed the doors, they do not close, there's a one inch gap and the door doesn't close. They are defective. At first they did not want to come over to look at them. Finally the owner came to look at them, said they were perfect and how they were supposed to be. He got really frustrated and became super threatening. When I asked him to please leave he became really scary.

These guys are 100% the worse. They kept missing and missing the delivery date. They tell you you have to be there to receive the windows give you a date and time, and then they show up with no communication.

Once they finally show up they can t bring the windows into the house, so they just leave you with the problem out there for you to solve.

For them, everything is the customer problem. If anything goes wrong they have no accountability.

Please stay away from them, they will miss their dates, give you pretty terrible service and on top of that leave you to fend for yourself as they blame everything on you.

Worst Company, do not do business with them. They do not accept any responsibility for their orders or mistakes. They delay orders without calling you and when you go to pick the order up it s too bad. They have gone way down hill, unorganized and terrible customer service.

Lindsay windows aka CDI windows are in my opinion ...

Lindsay windows aka CDI windows are in my opinion the best vinyl windows in the market. They protect their products reputation by not selling direct to public. Their warranties are outstanding. I have been exclusively using their products with my customers for 25+ years now. Every one of my customers have been 100% satisfied. I also installed their windows in my home and several of my family's homes. I do miss the old days when I had a representative that knew me and built a relationship with clients. Product is still best in the market.

Save yourself the stress and headache of dealing w...

Save yourself the stress and headache of dealing with Lindsay Windows. I will definitely return to purchasing windows from Milgard instead for ongoing projects. And if you're curious, definitely stay away from Trevor as he is utterly disorganized where I had to correct many of his mistakes. We had an initial meeting with Trevor, my lead framer, and myself reviewing the window order. We ended up changing the top floor window design to eliminate a bar from the wall of windows but didn't touch any of the bottom flr windows that are designed to be molded together. The framer frames it per the window design AND Trevor's insistence that this technique is what Lindsay prides their work on- the molded windows. Windows get delivered and NONE of the bottom floor windows are molded together. So now none of the bottom floor windows can be installed. I call Trevor, with the framer present, to ask what happens and he immediately goes off on a tirade, not understanding the problem and accuses me as the one who made all the changes to the window sizes. I try to interject that it's not the size that I have issues with, it's the construction of the lower floor windows and how none of them are molded together as he said they would be, and hangs up on me. Now, I'm in this huge mess with Dave trying to get it sorted but it's been just more wasted time leading to nothing as he's still not even understanding that it's not about the wrong sizes but the damn construction of the bottom floor windows not being molded together per design AND Trevor's insistence of them being molded together, NOT separate. And to add insult to injury, he texts to confirm that the bath window should be etched, which I agree... and what happens? The darn thing arrives clear. I'm still missing window cranks and window screens, too. I will be sure to personally tell other contractors in the biz to stay away from Lindsay Windows but wanted to warn any others to never deal with Trevor.
