PROMINA Health System Review

A friend told me about Promina Health and Dr. Lanier. I can't afford insurance so put off a lot of things that I should have had done years ago. Dr. Lanier welcomed me and gave me excellent help to address these issues. I was able to get tests done that with insurance would have costed $400-$600 for $34. He takes his time with his patients and you can contact him at any time with an app and he responds promptly. I love this practice. Kristin is always friendly and happy too when you walk in. I recommend this practice to everyone!!

Dr.. Lanier's office is amazing. They are very flexible and affordable and Dr. Lanier himself is an excellent physician, with only your best interest at heart. He takes time to listen and is willing to work with you on anything.

Dr. Lanier is a doctor who really understands how to help a patient without always going to a pharmaceutical solution right away. It's the way medicine should always be practiced, in my opinion.

I'm so lucky to have found Promina Health Care and Dr. Lanier last year. In the year that I have been a patient, I have had more of my health issues addressed than in my last 10 years! Dr. Lanier has helped me find better ways to manage diagnoses with the least amount of prescriptions as possible. He has spent more time getting to know my medical history, health needs and helping me decide what needs addressing 1st, etc than any Dr I can remember. I have know Dr. Lanier since he was in his residency program at Coastal Family Medicine. When I learned he was opening his own facility, I didn't hesitate to switch. Direct Primary Care will change your perception of what health care can be when you remove the insurance entanglement and work directly with a doctor and staff who care. Dr. Lanier and his team care about your health and your healthcare experience from end-to-end. Broke your leg while traveling? They'll chat with you remotely and make sure you don't get screwed at a random Urgent Care. Need a vaccine they can't provide? They will call around to help find the best price. Need a specialist? They can weigh in during the process. If you care about your health care and prefer to not have an insurance company dictating your provider, price and treatment options then I highly recommend this model and this practice.

Quick response to questions. Easy to get an appointment. Great doc who is willing to listen to ideas outside of mainstream medicine when supported by evidence and who supports patient decisions wholeheartedly. Top notch practice.

Incredibly sincere doctor and staff! For so long, I have put off going to the doctor because honestly, it is such a hassle and I always just feel like another number. Not with Dr. Lanier. I feel like my questikns and concerns are truly heard and I believe he genuinely cares for his patients and wants the best for them. Finally!!! A doctor who cares and takes the time to spend with patients. A refreshing approach in a sector that is so influenced by Insurance. I can honestly say that at 58 years old I finally feel like I am in the great hands of a doctor who has a focus on the well being of his patients!

For my yearly physical Dr Lanier spent over an hour talking to me about my health concerns! He is caring, professional, empathetic amazing! He is easy to reach for any problems! This practice is definitely the way to go!

You re never rushed or pressured into anything and his focus is on the patients health and well-being. His medical assistant Kristin is also wonderful and very helpful.
