I enjoyed taking the stairs to the second level. Visiting in February, wait times were minimal. Found it interesting that we had to go thru security twice - once entering the grounds and once just prior to entering the stairs. That process was a little clunky, but not terrible. Definitely worth taking a venture to at least the second level, if in town. Views are great.

Purchase your ticket from the original site , book your time and enjoy...don't forget to add a champagne on the summit.
Or even to dinne there.

Obviously no need to write anything about the beauty of this place. But truly I believe this place is not that much good as to be in the list of 7 wonders of World. Although that's my opinion. If you are planning to visit here then try to book your entry online only by Eiffle tower official website, its better if plan your trip before 2 months then only you can buy entry tickets for your preferred time. Try to visit 1-2 hours before sunset so that you can view Paris in day light and night also. Try to buy entry ticket for top floor and visit all three floors or I will suggest you to visit 1st floor first then 2nd and then go for 3rd floor. If you physically fit then only choose for stairs option otherwise its better to go by lift and come back by stairs.

What else can I add from other reviews of it. It is simply a fantastic, cultural and iconic piece of the Paris skyline and lives up to the hype.

A few recommendations if you want to see it, buy your tickets in advance a week to ten days should do, if not give yourself the time at least 2 - 3 hours between the queues, security, buying the tickets, through security again and queueing for the lift but once you get to the 2nd or 3rd level depending on how strong the wind is blowing relax and just take in the 360 view of Paris and look either up or down and marvel at the extraordinary engineering.

Le Eiffel! spectacular views, luckily it was a lovely summers day and the skies were clear so I managed to glimpse the whole of Paris in all it's beauty. Next time book tickets in advance, was stood in the que for 2 hours! but definitely worth it

It was surreal! Because we visited in wintering was not overcrowded and we were able to move around easily. The weather was great! We had lunch in the restaurant and the busted the deck to take pictures and shop! If you travel to Paris The Eiffel Tower is a must see!

Needs no introduction. It was a great day when we visited Eiffel Tower. You can pay and go up but we didn't go for that. But the view of this magnificent piece is just great from the ground. We saw it from a park across the tower, good place to have a picnic or sit around and take it easy.

Even if i ve seen it already a lot of times, I still can t get enough of it. Definately one of the best places in Europe!

The Historically Eiffel Tower

I recommend to visit around 20:00 and watch the sunset with a beautiful view of Paris.

We only had a couple hours in the city, but we had to get to the Eiffel Tower. Immediately saw the top from the walk through town. As we rounded the corner to the park we were amazed at this beauty. There are really no words to describe the feeling of seeing something in person you have always seen on a screen.

Truly incredible, already manning our next trip to Paris to spend more time here and get to the top!

The view was beautiful, was not able to go to the top level due to weather. But it was a great experience all the same.

Very nice view from the second floor, third is pricy and there is a long wait even with fast-pass and in my opinion not worth it.

Pictures really don t do the Eiffel Tower justice, it s amazing. The whole park is beautiful I got the chance to see it after snowfall and it was awesome. The tower has an elevator for a view from the top and a restaurant. There are plenty of merchants walking around selling light up tower figurines and bottles of wine. There s also benches perfect for drinking wine and hanging out. During our visit the tower sparkled for 5 minutes from 8 pm to 8:05pm.

It's a great experience if you are coming here for the first time, the houses are beautiful as is the Eifel tower, But the air is so dirty smokers everywhere if u have asthma u will probably start couching alot.

Great city views form the Eiffel Tower summit! Elevator is definitely the way to go! There is a cafe on the second floor and a souvenir shop. Summit has a small champagne bar to drink and enjoy the breathtaking views!

It's a great experience to be there and take a picture. It's must to visit. Just be mindful of long queue.

I mean....it's the Eiffel Tower. In person this is much more grand than I imagined. We went up to the top at night. Great experience and worth every penny. We went to the 2nd floor during the day for a lunch. Which was great. This was both on a Thursday. Not much of a wait and staff was very nice.

I wasn't expecting much, but then I spent 2 hours taking pictures. The garden is pretty and it is nice to chill around the park.

Visit at night for very romantic views. I visited all 3 floors but the 2nd floor was just as breathtaking as the summit, so don't feel like you need to pay extra for the summit if you're on a budget.

The effile tower is a wrought iron lattice tower on the champ de mars in Paris,france.it is named after the engineer gustave effile. Whose company designed and built the tower.it was constructed to 1887to1889.
It has global cultural icon in France.
One of the most recognisable structure in the world.

Definitely worth the visit. We walked up instead of using the elevator and it really wasn't that bad. Excellent views of city even though a bit cloudy on the day we went.

Simply beautiful. You can see the whole Paris city from 2nd level of Eiffel tower and it looks amazing. One should not miss it when it illuminates at night.

Besides, the night scenery is really fantastic, and I will strongly suggest everyone who is capable to climb the Eiffel Tower by feet. It is worth to do it, after you done that you will gain much proud of yourself accompany with brilliant night view.
Because I climb it by my feet, this is one of the most joyful thing in my life and I will always remember it as best memory.

Now I realize there is " French Open" of tennis big event during that time.

Over-rated landmark. Dont get me wrong...its an amazing structure but just view from afar and save your money. It will cost around $160 for a family of 4 to get to the top. Tou can save money if you want to take the stairs instead...The area around the tower is dirty and not well maintained.

I have been to the eiffel tower during the day, and went to the top of it (25 to get access to the top by an elevator). Some people goes to the 2nd floor, the top of the tower gives a very nice view over all Paris. I highly recommend to do it once in your life.
PS: you ll have access to the whole tower when you get the top ticket

Beautiful and amazing how big it is. My family had a really good time here even though the top was closed due to wind. We still made it to the second floor and that still felt like we were super high up!

If you have been to Paris, you have definitely visited the Eiffel Tower, it is an absolute must! Outside of the tower, it is great to take pictures, but there is even more on the inside. When you first enter, you must go on an elevator which will take you up to the first floor. There are multiple floors in the tower and each one has something different. On some floors, there are souvenir shops. On other floors, there are restaurants. It was such a fun experience! Some noteworthy things were a history chart and the glass floor. The history chart talked about the history of the Eiffel Tower and I was really intrigued by this. There was also multiple pictures and another chart comparing the tower to other famous buildings in the world. The glass floor was also amazing. When I stood on it, I felt so scared, but it was still fun to stand on it and see everything below. You should definitely try standing on the glass floor if you're brave enough, it is like a great adventure! Overall, I loved the Eiffel Tower. It is the most well known thing in Paris! Visiting the Eiffel Tower should be at the top of your bucket list if you haven't visited already.

Must see the sundown from the second floor for everyone. 10 euro to ascend by foot and 19 for elevator. Also you have free wifi and toilets (that was surprise for me that they can process this amount of people).

How could this get anything other than a five star? It s iconic and the epitome of a trip to Paris. Beautiful by night and spectacular by day from any vantage point. Is it ugly at the base because of all the security? Yes. Is it a pain to wait in line to get through security and then get a ticket and then wait again to go up? Yes. So go online and get advance tickets and make it easy on yourself. Or just know what to expect, bring a bottle of wine and a loaf of bread and then enjoy the experience. Do you even need to go up? There are other views of the city. But to stand under and be there is amazing. Take lots of pictures.

Beautiful view. It s worth going up to the top at least once in your life. Unfortunately it isn t cheap but it s half price for under 25 year olds.
The queues can be quite long (you have to queue for the tickets, for the 2 different lifts and then for the lifts coming down as well) but it is worth the wait.
Alternatively, you can take the stairs halfway up, but the view is best from the top!

We visited Eiffel-Tower during the day then came back another day in the evening. It was spectacular. It was not busy at all and there was plenty of room to walk around and take photos. It does say be careful if pick pockets but we never saw any incidents and we kept our bags closed to us at the front. Your bags are checked when going in and no drinks are allowed. We got the in time for the lights to start flashing. So pleased we went back in the evening.

Going on top of the Tour Eiffel is really worth it. Make sure you book it in advance

It's the Eiffel Tower, everyone should do it once. Definitely book online and well in advance as the lines are what you would expect. The view from the 1st/2nd floor is nice, but you really should go all in and go to the top. Keep in mind you need to buy this before you even go up as upgrade tickets to the top are unavailable once you go up. Do yourself a favor if you have taken the lift up and walk it down.

Make a reservation if you want to go to very top. Glasses of champagne available ar top for purchase. They are currently renovation the grounds surrounding the tower ..looks like it will be a big improvement. There are restrooms at top. Otis elevators in two stages .

The tower has three levels for visitors, with restaurants on the first and second levels. The top level's upper platform is 276 m (906 ft) above the ground the highest observation deck accessible to the public in the European Union. Tickets can be purchased to ascend by stairs or lift to the first and second levels. The climb from ground level to the first level is over 300 steps, as is the climb from the first level to the second. Although there is a staircase to the top level, it is usually accessible only by lift.

Best time to visit is 10pm. Spend half an hour in mid floor then half an hour for the Eiffel top. It will be very cold if not on summer. You need selfie stick for photo if you go single. 11pm you can come down to second floor, Enjoy the lightening in the Eiffel. 12am the Eiffel lightening will glow again. You can go out This will be awesome to watch. KEEP YOUR THINGS SAFE, pickpocket happened inside Eiffel tower. Keep an eye on your baggage even if you leave for security check.

Beautiful and More than Meets the Eye. Going to the Top (Level 3) is pretty cool and Level 2 is has wonderful 360 degree views of Paris with a Snack Bar & Souvenir Gift Shops (we bought and sent Postcards to the USA there) but don't forget to visit Level 1 (where the Jules Verne Restaurant is). There is a clear glass floor that you can stand on to see the Plas de Eiffel below (not for those with fear of heights) , a small Eiffel Tower History Museum, a green area with Lounge Chairs to just sit and ponder the wonderful things you've just done in Paris, Cut-out Vignettes of Turn-of-the-Century Paris Life so you can take pictures with your face in them, and (of course) Gift Shops. Surprisingly not crowded like the other 2 floors and quite peaceful (especially in a Major World Landmark). Check it out during your Paris Trip of a Lifetime .

In this tower lift and stairs are also present to take the tourist up to the tower where they can enjoy the view of paris by binocular. This is beautiful place need to visit here, you love this place from soul.

It s a great experience. Being at the Eiffel Tower brings memories of love story s or movies you ve seen. It s not too long the wait and it two ways to enter. You can enjoy the food and various places around by walking for example Pont du Alexander and others. Food is amazing around. Please be aware of people selling stuff like mini Towers since you can bargain with them don t take first price they give you and tell them others offer it for less.

Beautiful piece of history. Currently closed due to Covid-19, and under some renovation. Still worth a visit and stroll around the park.

For those who is wondering if they can climb the stairs, we did! I m not a fit person, my cardio sucks! I did it, I felt fine afterwards. I was so nervous about it because there wasn t any booking left for the lift, so we had to take to stairs, but it was totally fine.

Getting a ticket for the Eiffel tower was impossible, apprently you need to book it at least two months in advance. Well, maybe next time. There are other places in Paris that offer a similar view so I did not feel like I missed out on a major thing.

Be careful around the area as there a lot of suspicious people lurking around, lots of street sellers, beggars, etc.
I d say the best pictures are taken from a fair distance so maybe you don t even need to get that close to the tower, anyway.

Out of the world experience for sure....it was drizzling when we arrived in paris around pm.....went straight to see the tower and were lucky enough to get the tickets till the top of the tower in 5 mins....

This is my favorite place in Paris, and I'm not sure I'm not the only one.
Is a must when in Paris
If you're planning your u trip, I recommend you to buy ticket online in advance so you can fix the schedule to enjoy Paris at most 'cause lines can be larges (more than an hour or two depending on the period).
When buying tickets you can chose between going up to the 1st floor or / and to the top. If you're not afraid you must go to the very top! View is just amazing because Paris has not big buildings, which allows you to see all the city from the top.
If you come on summer I recommend to pick the latest entrance so you can see Paris by day, the sunset from the top and then the lights on the tower that turn on every o'clock
Don't worry if you're not a sportive person because you can go to the top by elevator.
Or if you're an adventurer you can take stairs

After your visit to the tower, you can walk around the corner and go to the Champs de mars, sit down and take pictures

It was an amazing experience to finally view the Eiffel Tower in person - during the day, at sunset and at night.

It was great fun to be there. You can view the whole city of Paris and also get some history about construction and maintenance of the tower. Good souvenirs too!

Loved this place. A journey of lifetime to the most romantic city in the world. A mixture of modern tradition along with historical art. It was amazing to be here at Eiffel and Louvre museum. A journey for lifetime. Really made our days amazing.

Amazing view from the top. If u take an elevator you have to get off on the second floor, walk a bit and change to the elevator which goes to the top. U can walk to the second floor as well.

But if you buy tickets in advance (highly recommended), it can be memorable and fun. Bonkers busy but with a pre-selected timeslot, you'll minimise your wait.

Cracking city views from second floor (thete's no real advantage to going higher) and chances are you'll witness a wedding proposal. We did.

Fascinating to see the rivets, rust and paint close up. The old lady is better from a distance...

Look out for a family of ducks on a swathe of grass near the bottom. After being spat back out by the money-making machine, they're adorable.

Tip: Don't try and bring in a bottle of wine or a Swiss Army knife. We didn't but some disappointed punters in front of did. Confiscated.

Do it if you feel the urge (visit...not smuggle contraband). But it's also fine not to as some of the best moments n Paris are when she pops into view unexpectedly.

As grand as I expected, the tower has a huge presence in Paris and you can see it from most of the tourist attractions in Paris. Beware of the shops close to the tower as they are rather expensive and can be considered a rip-off. If you want to go up the sum it you have to book atleast 1 week in advance, if you want to visit the second floor it is in lower demand and you can get tickets on the day.

Beautiful! You would wanna see it twice at least.. Once during the day and of course when it's in its full glory after dark.
