Had issue with a nurse,called HR twice to speak to someone. They never returned my call. Apparently they don't care what goes on in their clinics!!

Had my routine 6 month teeth cleaning and was treated with care from the time I walked in until the time I left. I have always received good and respectful care from the dental staff at SEMRHI. Thank you.

Horrible place to go. Administration will not return your call if you have a complaint. Had to beg the doctor to give me refills on my blood pressure meds. She finally did after not having any to take for 3 days and calling her office 3 times a day for a week. Did blood work 3 weeks ago, still haven't had a call from the nurse to give me results. I made 2 calls to administration. Left voice mail the first time and the nice lady answering the phone sent an email to administration the second time. They haven't returned my call yet. I have since changed providers and couldn't be happier.
