What should i say, it's the city of Love, and this is the right place to see it from the top. I do recommend, before you plan your visit to Paris, just buy the tickets online, you will spare a lot of time, other wise you are going to spend at least 2 hours in the queue. You can choose the floors where you want to go, but do not hesitate to go to the top, it is worth it, all the world is there, make sure you are well dressed it's cold on top. It might look scary, but there is the proper floor, so even for people who are afraid of high it will be amazing. Take the stairs, so you can take your time to admire this creation. And enjoy, there is where you feel the life.

The tower itself is very impressive. What ruined the experience was the constant hounding from people trying to sell tat, some quite forcefully. Approached several times every 100m most selling the same tat as the guy behind them.

Spectacular views, not pricey when it came to coffee, and I was lucky to only wait in line for 1.5 hour. Apparently, there have been worse. Be aware that if you are younger than a certain age (I think 25), you get a discount and it's seriously worth it. I would suggest going around blue hour, which is the best time to take photos with more accuracy. During the day we had a bit of a foggy side where the sun was, so not much visibility.

Such an iconic Paris monument definitely worth it but prebook tickets to avoid the really long lines. Even if you don't go up, sitting and enjoying views of the tower in Champs de Mars but watch out for all the street vendors and scam artists. It's no big deal if you are careful.

Yes, how could you visit Paris and not go here. Lots of changed over the years. 55 years ago you could stretch your neck over the top rail and look down. Now you are fully caged in (definitely makes you feel more comfortable though). Also there is now a glass security wall surrounding the tower. A tribute to modern social unrest. One warning. Be very aware of your belongings for Paris is ripe with thieves preying on tourists. They want your wallets and credit cards and their dirty hands and keen eyes won't miss an opportunity to turn your vacation into a miserable experience. Be careful!

It is simply the Eiffel Tower. If one plans to visit it, then take the stairs to the first and second levels. You will observe the magnificent details of the structure more closely. It is without a doubt an unforgettable visit. Paris at its best.

Eiffel tower Beautiful at night!

Eiffel tower Beautiful at night!
We loved the Eiffel tower at night!! It was a surreal feeling to step under and see how massive it is. The entrance is free and there was no crowds. Every now and then the whole tower begins to sparkle with beautiful lights. Must see!

Plus: amazing panoramic of Paris views when look out on the top floor , truly amazing; if you are good in leg work and not afraid of vertigo, try walking down the second floor on stairs instead of using elevator.
Down side: horribly long queues, any time on any day. Be prepared for an hour long waiting time under blistering sun rays in a good summer day.

I had never heard about this tower until I came to Paris, however having seen it, I must say that I am impressed. Surprisingly, it is taller than the tower in Blackpool that most people would be more familiar with. If you are looking for somewhere high up to get TV or radio signal, I would highly recommend. That being said, there was quite a queue so carrying your TV for an elongated period of time may not be ideal for you.

Being the Iconic Masterpiece of Paris, being notable from across the world from Colombia to China, and being the Tallest Structure in France, the Eiffel Tower lives up to its remarks as a magnificent building. Even with such old elevators and building materials, Maintenance has been high, keeping the tower in wonderful quality

If you are in Paris and do not see Eiffel Tower, then there is no point visiting Paris. Well you can have a splendid view of the City from top of the Tower. You can buy tickets for going to the top.

In day, it looks like a electricity pole. I have included a pic of it from far away of morning.

This one is beyond rating. Key points I would like to add visiting this place at any time is mesmerising still I would like to suggest that one should visit this place before sunset till light show. Also you have lift to go to the top.

Few precautions you should take are avoid giving money to women asking for charity.

Be alert pickpocketers are everywhere.

The most famous postcard of Paris is indeed impressively cool. To go up the tower you must pay a 14 ticket and it's better to make a reservation online (this place is so crowded they even schedule the time of your visit). You can see the More

What can I say... its iconic, beautiful, and a must see in Paris. Lines are long, but worth the trip up. You see so much from the top and the photo opportunities up there are spectacular. Make sure you buy/print tickets before your visit or you will be doomed to wait forever.

One of the must visit places in Paris. The view of the city from the second floor was just awesome. Drawback is the long queues that we have to wait through. There are souvenir shops and small eateries. Lifts can be too crowded.

Magnificent! Better to see in person. But also, don't expect the surrounding area to be heavenly. Sometimes you'll see trash or annoying vendors and scammers and crazy people deliberately blocking your shot of the tower. But the place overall is great.

Pokemon Go: The Eiffel Tower is a Gym. You have to move really close to the tower though to access the gym.

Magnificent monument, with more than 300 meters high is very impressive. One of the things that has caught my attention is that the design was created by the engineers Maurice Koechlin and Emile Nouguier and later the architect Stephen Sauvestre added the decorative arches to the base, a glass pavilion on the first level and the dome on the top. He also picked the color of the tower! But it was Eiffel who bought the rights and his company was in charge of building the tower......

Quite a cool and historic site to see. I didn't go in or up the tower as the que was always huge. I was actually pretty happy with seeing the tower from all the angles looking up. There is a very nice greenery patch leading onto the tower which is free to sit on
