What is there more to say, the iconic tower of Paris, check the prices of souvenirs in the shop and buy it outside, the model with circuit and lights may be bargained for 6 to 8 euros outside there it is 64 euros (all are made in China), even shops at notre damme sell at less price than the designated shop inside tower, want to save money check prices and buy outside, enjoy food, deserts in the tower instead. Avoid going to the top on foggy day, winters, stay in 2nd or 1st stop(Tower stage) and save money. Check wheather you can spot all the important places in Paris from the tower. Spend time and enjoy.

The Tower is both beautiful and ugly at the same time. It really comes together really well. You don t really get an understanding of just how big it is until you walk right up to it and took up. If possible go all the way to the top for amazing views. And try to visit both during the day and night. At night just before the lights are turned off (midnight I think.) The lights flicker for a beautiful show.

Beautiful. However, the people targeting the tourists at the base of the tower are very overwhelming and I felt attacked. I was cornered more than once and I felt very targeted. I wasn't even walking alone. Gave me an icky feeling. Didn't wait in the many hours worth of lines to climb the tower

This place is definitely amongst the most popular places around the world. Not many people would not know what Eiffel tower is and where it is located. Yes, that's undoubtedly Paris. I don't know how much a French or more specifically Parisian would long for visiting this monument, but most others around the world do. Eiffel tower is located on Champ de Mars. Easiest way to get to there is by bus, which stops right in front of the tower or metro, for which you would have to walk a little distance. You could even reach here by bus from airports CDG and Orly. Good part is that this tower is visible from a large part of Paris. Around the tower, it is possible to get many different views adding to your picture collection. There is also Seine River flowing on one side of the tower where you could get into boat rides or cruise. Otherwise there is a lot of greenery around the tower. You could also go up the tower for which you can buy tickets online in advance or from big red bus kind of operators etc. Otherwise, you could wait in a queue, purchase tickets on the fly and still make it in about 45 minutes. Around the moment, you find a lot of people selling miniature Eiffel towers, magnets etc. Bargaining is important to make the most of it. Once every hour in the nights, flashing lights from the tower light up making the whole experience very special. One must be very careful with wallets, phones, bags and other personal belongings as the place is notorious for pick pocketing. I have had enough Number of friends lose their belongings when visiting Eiffel tower. View from the top of the tower is nice. I also saw Eiffel tower from Montparnasse Tower, which looks amazing. There are a lot of eateries, restaurants, souvenir shops at a walkable distance. There is also a point that people often end up with a very high expectation from this visit. But mind you, you could end up being a little disappointed if your expectations are way too high at the first place. On the whole, it was an enjoyable experience, and you can definitely tick this off your bucket list.

Most awaited destination of many couples. It's good to see it, but you might get disappointed a little because of the condition. It's rusted at many places which is easy to spot from distance. Going till top will give you beautiful view. You will have to spend 25 Euros for the same for an elevator. If you want to go for cheaper option, you can climb by yourself till second floor. Let me tell you, second floor is equivalent to climbing 10 floors that too by yourself. On top of that you need to spend 10 Euros for that. Good to visit once though.

had a good experience here even though the weather wasn't so good....great view from top. in the evening the tower sparkles for five minutes every hour from 7(?)pm till 1am, which looks cool.

Breath taking view of the city from the viewing platform. Checkout the schedule for the light show at night. If you are physically able, take the stairs will save you money and time (there was a 45 mins wait line to take the escalator at night)

One of the landmarks in Paris.
When we visited the tower the top level was closed for repairs so we went to the 2nd level at 120m.
The scenic view of The City Of Lights was breathtaking.
We went there late and we saw the show of lights from the tower.

The Eiffel Tower is one of the most famous icons in the world. It s the pride of France and has contributed significantly to French tourism. However, there was a time when the French actually opposed it.

What more you can say about this magical metal place and it's romantic sentimental vibes it sends in to you ... a must go especially at Sun down time and and night
The lights and the glow is definitely amazing to see and the upper deck viewing is a great experience.
Take your time and don't rush leaving the place and enjoy the weather and meditate a bit there in to the city of lights.

Not like it needs any reviews. But you won't get its grandeur until you visit it. I went on second floor too. The view of Siene from there and the city is awesome. Don't forget to see the twinkling lights before leaving which happen at every hour.

If you have the money get a reservation for the restaurant at the Eiffel Tower, I am sure they will tell you is s tourist trap, but the food was not bad in fact was very good, I had the duck and you get to skip the lines which is by far the best thing. The Eiffel Tower was our favorite by far, and at night is better. Once there climb the stair and enjoy the view of this magical city.

My absolute love and joy. Spent 6 months in Paris and never got sick of it. This structure will always hold such a dear place in my heart. I took so many friends and family here because it is possible my favorite place on earth.

As this is an iconic piece of history and a must see in Paris you have to go. Since the last time I came here 5 years prior, they have added a trump sized glass wall around the perimeter to prevent terrorism. Be prepared for crowds.

Amazing landmark and display of ingenuity. One of my favorite in the world. Its doesn't matter whether seeing it from afar, street, underneath or the top at night, it always is impressive. Highly recommend going to the top at night. The city lights are a classic paris sight!

Who wouldn't do the Eiffel tower on a trip to Paris! Really loved our experience.
We couldn't go to the very top because it was closed but we felt we were high enough on the next level down.
Great views & pics. Enjoyed a nice Hot chocolate in the cafe up there. If you're into the penny press machines, the ones where you put a euro & a cent in & it presses an etched picture onto it as a souvenir, there are a few machines up there to get them so make sure you have change.

This is a magnificent construction. The Eiffel Tower was meant to last only a short time, being built as a temporary building, for the 1889 World Trade Fair. We climbed to the higher level through the stairs the first time, but also used the elevator the second time. The views from the top are breathtaking. It is quite fun and certainly worth a visit.
Amazing view from the top of Eiffel tower. Tickets to the top is 26, or you can pay 16 up to deuxieme etage. Really it does worth the money to get to the top

10 years ago, the tower was so busy we never went up. Also 10 years ago it was more open at the base of the tower so I guess terrorism prompted this glass wall that you need to go through security first. To enter the base is free. This time around (Corona), no lineups and great views! FYI there are 3 levels that I did not realize at the time so pay attention if you want to do it all. The first level has a glass floor. It was also nice to just chill and relax at the base. At night the tower does a flashing light show from 10 pm onwards. We always finished our Eiffel Tower visits by walking across the river to the Trocadero Gardens and Palace to catch music and the views...also the metro station is there to go back to hotel.

Still one of the most visited places in France and probably in the whole world. Place is well maintained but obviously during rush hours it will be difficult and very crowded. But in off seasons it's best to enjoy the view.

In summer the Eiffel tower turn on the lights at 11pm and the make a show of lights at 11 pm and 12 pm
If you don't have tickets, make a queue for 20 minutes and buy them to get the Summet just for 25 and then go directly to get the elevator.

Before I reached, I thought it was over hyped. But trust me. It's not. It's magic. The place tied me there. I spent 8 hours there. The queue is about 1 hour if you want to take tickets after reaching. Do reach early on a xalm weather day to ensure you don't miss the summit view.

The elevator was a bit time consuming to go up and down means waiting in line for a least 45mins. This was the case in November hence it may be worse in summer. The same elevator going to the upper floors is the same one going to the second floor. However once we were up it was spectacular. Not only did we get to enjoy the view of the city but we had made a booking at one of the restaurants. The food was delicious, though the waiters could have offered better hospitality.

Iconic structure of Paris. How could you miss it? Head down to the gardens near Eiffel Tiwer for some small picnic and view the night show (sunset timing) where the tower sparkles like stars in the sky.

We all come to Paris to see the Eiffel Tower, let s be honest. Yes it is worth it and yes it is as magnificent as everyone says it to be. Gorgeous during the day and comes to life at night. Beautiful pictures to be had and a ride to the upper levels is strongly recommended! You will not be disappointed.

The Eiffle Tower is a wonderful place to visit and a must if your in Paris! With a spectacular view from the top and many things to do surrounding the tower below it's fun for all ages! You have to see it at night if you get the chance as the lights on the tower make for a very romantic setting and set the scene for the night life.

Such a beautiful monument to visit, really worth coming to see. When you get there you'll be asked if you want to walk up the stairs or get the elevator up the first two floors. Don't waste your time and money on the elevator unless you need it (time because the queue is so so long for the elevator). Walking is great as you'll get to see more as experience the tower for what it is. You will need to get an elevator for the final section to the very top though. A separate price but also worth it for the incredible view of Paris.
It'll cost you around 15- 25 euros for the lot, plus lunch and gift shop bits.

Going to the top of the tower is a nice thing to do at least once in a lifetime but lines to take the elevators are very long and slow. You will wait to buy tickets and then to get on the elevator, transfer elevators on the 2nd floor, then you will wait to descend and wait again to transfer elevators. We were outwardly all smiles but it was a bit torturous.

The tower has three levels for visitors, with restaurants on the first and second levels. The top level's upper platform is 276 m (906 ft) above the ground the highest observation deck accessible to the public in the European Union. Tickets can be purchased to ascend by stairs or lift to the first and second levels. The climb from ground level to the first level is over 300 steps, as is the climb from the first level to the second. Although there is a staircase to the top level, it is usually accessible only by lift.

I personally enjoyed the Eiffel Garden and looking at the tower more than going up. The elevators only hold so many so your line is let in in groups of about 15. The elevators are jam packed and have signs saying Beware of Pickpockets. The only way to totally avoid hassles is to buy a ticket for a meal at the restaurant which does not use the same entry or elevator. As far as I am concerned, going up the Eiffel Tower is not worth the half day you will spend getting there and waiting around. But the grounds are lovely and better to take a picnic lunch and just enjoy the view and the vibe from the ground. Iconic masterpiece of French engineering leaves you breathless with its 360-degree view of Paris especially from the top level that I strongly recommend. The Eiffel Tower is the most-visited paid monument in the world.
It was beautiful from every angle Morning or day time or evening or night. I saw it again at night when the lights sparkle. I didn t feel I had missed a thing by not going inside. No need for a guided tour, use our friend google & google.
The Eiffel tower is 324 meters (1,063 foot) tall, about the same height as an 81-story building, and the tallest structure in Paris. Its base is square, measuring 125 meters (410 foot) on each side.

Wonderful romantic place. Must visit with loved ones. Breathtaking view from up the level 2. People can also buy an additional Ticket and go up to the next level to even have a wonderful view or dine with love. Sure a wonder to visit and of course go on top of it. So many romantic couples were taking romantic photos in this structure. In the night there was a five minute light show which has to be viewed from a distance to enjoy how magnificently people made this city a tourist attraction because of this structure.

We purchased our tickets online and visited at 9:30 pm at night! It was so beautiful. Didn t realize just how much there was to it! There are 3 levels and we checked out all of them! Wish I would ve gotten reservations at the restaurant and dined above the city.

If you can't buy tickets online or if bad weather is forecasted and don't want to risk booking a fixed time, if it's foggy you won't be able to see anything from the top (see picture attached)So it's best to get there 30 minutes before they open and beat the crowds. You have two lines, one to pass security and another to purchase tickets and go up the elevator. Definetly worth going to the top. Would skip the glass floor level coming down from the middle floor.

The world famous Eiffel Tower doesn't need any introduction. It's beautiful at night and from 7pm onwards you can see the glittering light show effect on Eiffel tower. Usually it happens at every 1 hour interval. We witnessed it glittering many time the night we arrived. The view from once of the Sean cruises is just fantabulous.

I was lucky to observe Eiffel Tower the year before the COVID times on Bastille Day. What an unforgettable experience. Thousands of people gathered to watch that fantastic show. I could never imagine what would happen to us just in a year. Hope these images will bring some good memories and hope about the future.

The building is beautiful! I don't think I've ever seen anything more beautiful, but when you get to the very top of the building (third floor) you have a view of the whole of Paris! I can't wait to go there!

We had a bit of a nightmare our first day in Paris. Google lied to us and told us a route that didn't exist so we ended up missing our 10:30 tour. We were so worried that we had wasted our money but luckily, the tour operator was so understanding, we were able to get on another trip at an expensive of about 20euros. If course, some might say they didn't go out their way but considering their terms state if you miss it then that is it, the fact that they did this for us, when it was our fault, was lovely.

The visit itself was great. The guide was very good and gave us lots of information on the Eiffel Tower. In a fairly large group, we went up to the second floor and then was able to walk around on our own and visit the top if we wanted.

It can get a little scary but I would only say, don't look down. We went on a very windy day which was a little nerve racking for us but we were fine.

Tips?

Comfortable shoes all the way.

Go as early as possible as even with tickets, there was a wait.

Be careful walking down from the second floor. We did and I ended up tripping and falling down the stairs. Never seen so scared in my life. Appreciated reaching the ground with gravity!

Overall, I really enjoyed this visit and I would recommend it!

From afar the tower dose not seem like much and it hid among the landscape till you are near standing under it and it s when you realise the sheer size and beauty of its Engenering.
It was a surreal feeling to be standing under and to be able to climb such a monument since I visioned as a kid .
Hope you who is reading this enjoys it as much as me .

Took my breath away when I walked around the corner and it was just there!! I went on a Friday and queued for over an hour to get it. Big queues, only had 3 booths open out of 7, but manageable eventhough was 36 degrees, be careful and dont get stuck near a tour group, was hard as each of them kept saying family in front please let us move forward !

Some amazing views of the tower. The tower now has a massive glass barrier around the perimeter so you now need to que to walk underneath. Lucky the glass does allow you to see the tower underside. Glass had already been cracked on one pane, so doubt it will stop much.
