Exciting views. Great way to finish your visit in Paris.

The overall experience was amazing and I am glad I went, I wasn't too keen but was persuaded.
When we arrived at 9.30pm it was quite so I was quite pleased. We got through security fairly quickly after we found the entrance. There are improvement works on and it is a bit of a mess. No lights around the area and signage is hard to spot ( with all the people and merchants ). Anyway , we found it eventually. After passing through security there were a lot of people but no signage. Queues were obvious. We didn't pre-book (I had looked) so walked around the different queues to see what each one was. Signs at the ticket office were bright and indicated lifts only or stairs only. We wanted the tickets with stairs to level two then the lift to the top. There was no one to ask, literally couldn't find anyone. We joined the queue for the stairs only. Turns out a few people around us in the queue area were having the same questions as us. When we were near the front they announced the top was now closed. There was nothing to indicate that it closed early, online (where I looked) or in the queue so we were annoyed.

The shops also closed early ( a good couple hours). I would have expected these to remain open until the tower closed ( or maybe closer to that time)

The climb was amazing and the view outstanding

Came here for a vacation. Quite a nice scenery at night and surreal. One of the most iconic tower in world. Glad that I was able to see it j person! Will come again there someday!

Visit during evening hours to get amazing views. The best view of Eiffel Tower is from Montparnasse tower standing at a height of 210m, from 56th floor

You feel lucky when you can visit the Eiffel Tower with nobody around you. What a privilege!

Make sure to book tickets online with plenty of advance if you want to go to the top. Timing of tours is very well organized. Plenty of snacks and gifts on the base level as well as level 2. There is a champagne bar at the top. The views are spectacular. Make sure to walk underneath it late in the evening and witness it lit up and sparkling!

Fantastic iconic tower. Ongoing works around tower spoilt overall first view but overall great even though only partly open .

The icon front of paris , so nice to see it up high in the sky and river there under . Surely you can not come to paris without heading to it and take photos ...

It's the Eiffel Tower....what more can be said. Went at night...it was a little cool due to the wind. Light show looks very cool

Good place beware of hawkers. You should be lucky enough to get ticket for top deck. View of Paris from top is excellent

How not to love? Iconic monument and an incredible view.

It's one of the world most unique places and global tourist attraction. Unfortunately couldn't get up there because of the queue. Beggers and illegal sellers are annoying that's for sure and theg made a lot noise and shouting when the police caught them. The light work can be improved a lot especially for a city like paris.

I spent a fantastic NYE here and the firework and the atmosphere were amazing. The Eiffel Tower is of course world famous and very noticeable in the city, but a quick closer view is still very worth it. Paris during winter is generally rather cold but take this opportunity to enjoy the nice little bistros all over the town.

It's all relevant to expectations I guess, but the tower was bigger and more impressive than I expected. Great views, fun elevator ride. Only disappointment was the cost - a bit high in my view, but they rely on the tower being a must-do for most people.

It's just an incredible structure made of steel. When you stand next to it, it seems that the story of its construction is also unbelievable, like the pyramids in Egypt.

An iconic structure. Not sure how anyone can visit Paris and pay a visit.

Beautiful place and city, if it s your first visit please be very careful about belongings.

Will you Really read a review and make your decision ? We couldn't buy tickets online. Waiting at security check for 15 mins and in line to buy a ticket for 35 mins . Youth Tickets for Early 20 Year olds are very Cheap .And up we went to the Top after a change of Elevators. Its a magnificent view stay for a while its not hard to breath or anything. Its just amazing .
TIP: best time to get up in winters is around 5 pm

Just Amazing . Took lift to reach the top and the view is remarkable. You could see whole Paris from there. Make use of telescopes available there and see the picturesque buildings. It's really beautiful in night with all the lighting's. They also do some twinkling lights in night every hour in Eiffel. We took the cruise ride in night around 10 and we were spellbound by it's beauty.

Amazing place to visit in Paris. The surrounding area is stunning and you need plenty of time to really enjoy it. Great place for taking pictures as well

A complete tourist spot. Long queue to take the lift, plus a few more queues for security screening and check. Paid 25 per pax for the elevator, but ended up the lift was spoilt. Luckily we can get a refund and buy another tickets to go up to 2nd floor using the staircase. But, despite all the trouble, the view from the top was worth it, especially for the first timer like me.

What a great idea place in Paris to see the sights and everything else I love that place.

Iconic Parisian tourist spot but queue times to get in and up the tower are horrendous. I would strongly consider paying the fast track ticket to skip the queues next time!

Beautiful monument! If you attend during the summer, expect there to be lots of queues and standing around - it's definitely worth it though.

Excellent place to have a full view of Paris City.. Try to get tickets online, if not get ready for the long queue up there in person. If you walk up till second stairs and then use lift it ll cost you 19 euro and I would rate difficulty level as 3/10 to walk. Overall a must visit on your Paris diary.

The Eiffel tower is one of the wonders of the world. I saw it both at night and day. At night it lights up, it's a nice walking area as well, even during warm days, there's a nice breeze.

SO beautiful place but I want to request to France Government Please stop This ineligible Drinks selling There alot of people 1 euro drink they will give you on 4

Very iconic of course, the area surrounding it is beautiful. ***Be warned very long lines! I recommend booking online, a little more but skip the lines if you want to go up.***

No doubt Eiffel Tower is one of the best romantic place, wonderful garden is there and beautiful view from Eiffel Tower, just don't miss to visit Eiffel Tower top , it's a attraction of Paris, and in the evening lights are so beautiful inside of Eiffel Tower which we can see from outside only.. in every one hour that blinking lights start for 5 minutes only and that makes Eiffel Tower more beautiful.. overall experience is wonderful.

It's a very beautiful sight. If you go to Paris you have to see the Eiffel Tower.
It's a bit busy though, you also have a choice to walk up the Eiffel Tower or wait in a queue to get a ticket for the elevator/lift and then queue up again to get in the elevator/lift. I didn't walk up the Eiffel Tower but I did get on a boat that goes round Paris showing you famous buildings, that is when I took those photos.

Beautiful Place to visit. Highly recommend taking the river boat tour in the evening

See this place as soon as you arrive. Take the elevator to the second floor, which is surprisingly higher than you realize, or all the way to the top. Then, when you can go to Trocadero and see it at Sunset. Then see it again at night - specifically from 12:55 am to 1:10 am. At that point you'll see the lights turn off, the black structure, then the final extended, glittering light show. Enjoy!

The most overrated place ever. It was nothing special there actually, The place was really dirty around the tower which was something really shocking to me and the police and the army with a big weapon around you which makes you feel unsafe sometimes. Also, there are many people approaching you to sell you some products and you can see that they do it and at the same time they are afraid of the police. It is a big mess that place. I can say that I enjoyed the place at night better than day time.

People say Paris and Eiffel tower are overrated. But I beg to differ. This is one of the most beautiful place in Europe and it is worth every penny. The view from the top is mesmerising to say the least.It captivates you in tranquility and takes your breath away. The beauty is just inexplicable and so soothing to the eyes. I was so exuberant about the Paris trip and Eiffel tower n it did not let me down a bit. #BonjourParis #Merci

It's just a tower? No it isn't. There's something magical about it. You walk through the streets of Paris, you spot it regularly and you can't get enough of it. I did not visit it upstairs, as for me sitting on a patisserie, or drink a glass of wine, while seeing the tower does the trick.

It is what it promises to be and more! Loved it. Took the stairs till 2nd floor and went to the top this time! Great view of the city. A bit windy so cover up troopers

A beautiful sight to behold, we unfortunately couldn't go all the way up. There is construction at the top level. Beware of all the people outside selling Eiffel Tower replicas, there are pick pockets around. Otherwise a must see in Paris.

The most spectacular vistas of the most beautiful city in Europe, namely Paris. Not expensive to go up there. You can purchase champagne at the top. Try to be there in Spring or Summer.

Beautiful day, not too hot so waiting for 2 hours in que was not uncomfortable just really let down as they closed the elevator going all the way up. We did visit the second level which was still spectacular!
Expect a lot of security and $16 to go part way.

I think it is the most beautiful and amazing tower in the world. Love is in the air. Lucky Paris have a tower like this. As a magnet for everyone to visit, see, and memorize it.

We entered from the park side and it was a very relaxing atmosphere. There are street vendors everywhere selling alcoholic beverages and trinkets.The tower is an intricate ironwork design and reminds me of lace. It is spectacular to look at.

It was extremely crowded due to the holiday. It was well controlled by police, many restaurants, vendors with plenty of souvenirs. I did not stay for the fireworks as my main concern was getting through the heavy crowd of people to the only train to get me back to my accommodations. It was a lot of fun. I was there in July 2018

Great history with this beautiful monument. There were protests in Paris for some political situation so had a large police presence but we were able to view and ride to the top without incident.

It's something you have to see if you're in Paris because... you're supposed to I guess

this was an amazing experience and I'm glad I saw it with my beautiful husband when we did before this whole lockdown happened

Worth the hype! You can't go to Paris without seeing the Eiffel Tower. It's beautiful.

It was our second visit to the Eiffel Tower. Add it was just as amazing as our first time. The longest lines we experienced is getting through the security screening. We had pre-purchased our tickets... which you really must do!!! It will cut down you wait times significantly. You can also save a few dollars if you shop around.

The views from the top are amazing!!! I love just being up on this structure on this 130 year old building. There are shops and restaurants that are pretty reasonable when you go up.

I would allow for 2 hours for a good visit.

I was lucky to visit this amazing tower..
It was too high and stunning place..
There were a lot of bakery shops and restaurants, I could try various buns, breads and coffee variate also there..
But, you should be very careful because of thieves and pit pockets.. keep your valuable things safer..
I would definitely go there again and again..
It s an excellent travel experience everyone should try..
A bus service called city visit is starting traveling nearby the Eiffel tower specifically for the tourists..
It ll be very convenient for you..

Pre buy tickets make the experience more enjoyable as they give you a time to enter and take it to the top and work your way down level by level at your leisure drinking champange, shopping and having a lite bite to eat. Remember to ride the merry go round at the base... fun..

One of the most beautiful landmarks I've ever seen. The view from the top is spectacular. At the top of the tower, there is a wall comparing the tallest buildings on Earth to each other. You can either walk, or take an elevator up. There are many landings where you can stop on the way to the top, and there are bathrooms, gift shops, and much more. There is a beautiful lake below it. Amazing place.

Fantastic spot for visitors where there is a huge space to roam around the famous Eiffel Tower. One can stair upto the top to enjoy the view from the Tower and it is better to have pictures from far with this beautiful tower. The beauty is differs in different time and lighting.

Two words: Tour Eiffel, the most iconic landmark in the world. Just go and visit it, and please have the dignity to take the stairs.

Perhaps visiting on a cold and blustery day wasn't the best idea but it was sadly the only time we could visit during our time in Paris.
We decided to take the steps and had no real issues getting up, even with luggage. There were a few people stopping for a breath or to take photos of their ascent.
Sadly once reaching the 1st level and asking for a drink in the cafe neither the bartender nor the waiter were willing to serve us and so we were left to carry on our trip without a beverage. Bit of a downer really.
Got to the 2nd floor no worries and decided we would go all the way to the top, apparently so did everyone else and we spent a good 20 minutes in a queue for the lift to take us up. Once there we were greeted with an unparalleled view of Paris and it was rather impressive. It really was good to see just how the city has built up and the way so many people can be packed so densely yet the city still moves.

Wow... This is my greatest experience i ever had. One of the most iconic building from Paris or even in this world . And you can enjoy a full scenery of Paris city from the highest deck with lift available.

One of the worlds tallest structures and it was the tallest for over 40 years - even until Eiffel died. It s so popular it had recouped its money within the first six months of opening.

Waiting is what you do when you re trying to make the summit. Congestion is often experienced at the summit and subsequently no tickets to the summit on the day will be available - Do book online to confirm access to the summit and skip the line (even though the lines are still long). But well worth the wait and the payoff view At the top is superb. There is a covered, indoor summit viewing (plus a cooler outdoor view platform one level higher).

Staff are so helpful, friendly and professional. Lifts are quick- once you get in one. (Two lifts to reach the summit).

The Eiffel Tower is AMAZING! The architecture is unbelievable, it was extraordinary. At night the Eiffel Tower is just as beautiful if not more, the view overlooking the city all lit up is just gorgeous as well as watching the Eiffel tower light up every hour. Definitely a must see if you go to Paris!!

Did not deal with long lines when I went during "shoulder season". Beautiful views and the tower itself can be seen from many angles around the area! Two levels of viewing, similar to the CN tower in Toronto, and you can see all the other monuments in Paris from up top.

It was on maintenance when me and my friend came to visit, but it's still pretty, especially at night.
The only thing that bothered us was the souvenir sellers shoving things to us in the tower and park area, other than that, it was okay.

Too spikey for my likings but did taste pretty good after the initial taste of metal left my mouth. Wouldn't recommend if on a diet as the rust on the pillars can sometimes be a bit fattening

Ah well.. here we are. The Eiffel Tower of Paris is one of the seven wonders of the world as we know it. If you can this should be a must visit, with your loved one of course! The Eiffel tower looks stunning during the night time. It has 3 floors. You can also dine in at the restaurant present within the tower. It was a lifetime experience to be honest.

Why does this dude need a rating at all ? You can see Eiffel tower pretty much from all key places in Paris city area. Needless to say it's a must visit in Paris. Whether you are a tourist or Parisian Eiffel tower is an absolute charm and a true identity for the place. Another question which I usually see is, is it really worth climbing. Honestly climbing the Eiffel tower is not the best thing about it. Watch it from a distance. Enjoy the majestic beauty at night. You will never forget the place again. Especially the 5 minute glitter it gets at the start of every hour after 10.p.m. Wow no words to express!

The view is supernatural. The structure itself was a disappointment. Not beautiful at all... a misfit in the land of architectural and artistic delights.

Of course you have to check off seeing the Eiffel Tower when you are visiting Paris but personally I'd suggest just gazing upon it from champ de Mars. Unless you are dead set on seeing the view from the top, the price of between 10-25 euros a person (whether or not you want to walk, take the elevator, go the first floor or the top) is probably not worth it. It is packed with tourist groups who mob around together and make it hard to walk around and they pack the elevators like sardines. We went on a rather cloudy day (which is a lot of days in Paris) and couldn't really see out too far from the top, on a sunny day I imagine the view would be amazing. It is VERY high in the air, and thus very cold and not for the afraid of heights crowd. If you can buy your tickets in advance that's probably easier, but know you aren't paying for a tour, a platform with information, to see any real details about the tower, just for a crowded view from the middle or top tier. Next time I'm in Paris I will likely just enjoy if from the ground where it looks glorious in the landscape and twinkles beautifully at night.

It's an ugly metal tower built as a temporary structure for the 1889 Universal Exhibition and unfortunately wasn't demolished.

Wow.. It's just an amazing experience getting to the top of the tower, to see the beautiful city in a more beautiful view. First floor of the tower has restaurants and cafes. Whoever gets to see Eiffel tower, must experience the view from top.
To get Lift (Elevator) to the tower, there's a queue for atleast 90-120 mins. But, definitely it's worth a wait.

Really an incredible experience! An amazing structure with a fascinating history and unforgettable views of all of Paris.

Fantastic Place, you can visit at any time you will in the morning or evening and take amazing pictures there.

The general trip to the tower and the views were excellent. However, we had to wait a long time in line before even getting to wait a long time to buy tickets. And then we had to wait to get the lift to the second level.

But when we arrived we saw the amazing view of Paris. It was great and we got lots of pictures!

Then we took the lift to the third and last level. It was even better.

The price was a little expensive with 11 euros to get to the second level, and 6 euros to the last level (2017). But it wasn't much more than what we expected either.

Even with all the waiting it's definitely worth the trip and we recommend to anybody!

Best moment of my life. The view from the top will bring tears in your eyes. Awesome top view of Paris. I will recommend to go on a night time, to see real beauty of Paris in lights.
