I have done 2 donations and about to start ny third, the nurses at london bridge are lovely, the adnin staff need retraining however, they give out false information and dont seem to know what theyre talking about.
The nurse staff here are lovely and helpful, when i done my donation i was treated with dignity and respect, i felt safe and comfortable, they ordered me a cab home and gavr me chocolates both times and was very supportive.
I was so happy im doing it again ! Is a wonderful experience.
