I have just donated and couldn't have had a better experience overall. As a relatively little known about procedure it could be overwhelming to consider but every step of the way I have encountered kind and knowledgeable staff who made the whole process so easy. Every question was answered very promptly and they always tried hard to accommodate appointments around my working day.
