Very unhappy with the clinic. I couldn't even go in for my first appointment as no one bothered to let me know that there was no street access on that day. Extremely unproffesional, they didn't even pick up the phone when I called or answered emails. I wouldn't reccommend anyone to donate through such a careless unproffesional place.
