The staff was not very friendly but I wanted to assume that it was by the time we arrived, there is no room service or they told me, they do not have anything in the room's bar, small rooms, nobody helped us with our bags, I asked I changed my room and they told me it was not possible, only one person helped us in the restaurant so that they would do us the enormous favor of preparing us something to eat at 11 in the morning, if it is complicated to travel with two small children, at this hotel they will not make it easier for you, I had paid a week ... we arrived at 2 am, we ran to another hotel at 7 pm

The "hotel would be 6 stars for the very spacious and comfortable suites, ample free parking, free WiFi, spectacular lobby etc. A star less for the location. They then lost to the details: the pool, only internal, small and the lack of bathrobes and slippers in the bathrooms is crowded, but it deserves all four stars.

Rooms were large and clean. The bedroom was very quiet and dark at night. The thermostat kept a consistent temperature without being distracting. Bed and pillows were very comfy.
Staff was friend and accommodating. The banquet room was nicely decorated and clean. Microphone worked as desired.

The hotel next door to separate a low buliding is a family suite including free parking, able to cook.

Very nice building, room was nice with microwave and fridge. Sofa bed was a bit rough though. Bid for a very low price at the last minute.

This is a great venue for business events. It is a spacious facility with great food and staff.

Room was nice. It's in an emerging area of Markham, just out side of Toronto. Breakfast wasn't included, which is upsetting they didn't offer anything considering it was $130 USD for one night with a discount. Also the breakfast was expensive, however it's near enough other places to get food at. Main reason for staying at this hotel was because it was recommended by our hosts on a business trip.

I was there for a work event recently -didn't stay overnight. Parking was easily accessible, nothing too complicated. It is a paid parking lot though - just be aware. Walking in, I was greeted by the concierge, and some other staff, with a smile. They were very helpful. The lobby and bar area were clean and had a nice modern feel.
There are a multitude of conference rooms to suit any event. The catering was good - breakfast was ok (the fruit tasted odd) but lunch was really good (fish sandwiches, salads...).
It was overall a nice experience.

If you are booking on behalf of an employee, don't waste your time. This location does not have the option to pay in advance on behalf of an employee - NOT corporate friendly. I received 3 different answers from 3 different employees over the phone and when the employees arrived they were told to pay with their personal credit card - which is not what I organized with the front office manager - headache after headache. No other hotel has this issue....so I'm unsure as to why just this location denies third party payment..

The spa was excellent. Took my wife for our anniversary.

We went there for a conference of 500 plus people only to be disappointed by the service at the meals sessions. We had some dietary restrictions and they totally failed even though they knew ahead of time that that was available options for the guests.

I was only there for a few hours for a meeting, the place is pretty nice looking and they gave us coffee and tea

Nice facilities with nice conference rooms the two major issues in my mind are the lack of free parking in the area and lacking in proper signage to the conference area - I had to ask reception for directions

Spent the weekend here. Stayed and worked a conference. Room was excellent. Service second to none. they let me keep my room until 2pm. 2 complaints; TV service is pretty sub par. Seems like they really want you to do the pay-per-view. And the breakfast buffet was not as good as the price would suggest.

Location is very easy to find, lots of parking available.

Went to Hilton Hotel Markham, very nice convention center for hosting events.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Restaurant is great, rooms are top notch, the gym is huge. Would recommend.

Very good hotel, according to the service in every way. The lobby and common areas are nice. The layout of the rooms is a bit strange, but they are spacious. Excellent area of gyms and exercise machines.

Hotel was pretty big, looked grand. Room was smaller than I thought it would be.

Visited the Hilton for a social gathering and was put off that paid parking was being enforced.

The rooms are big and breakfast is good. The gym has lots of equipment and the pool is big too. There's just too much people at one point in the pool coz of club membership. The hotel as well as the rooms are clean too.

Christmas buffet 2019: we call for booking on Dec 25, 2019 dinner buffet and hotel gave us 7:30pm table. When we arrived and the waiter guide us to ballroom had our buffet dinner. Until 7:50pm the other waiter told us the HOT Food will STOP at 8:00pm.. that moment I'm so shock about what happen....you pay $65 +tax +15%tips=$85 each person...and hotel just provide 30min HOT food for you...NoBody tell us when we booking or arrived.....this is unbelievable and unacceptable business doing...Hilton Hotel is Big brand name in the world and they can provide this kind of service....People be careful......

It was nice. However most hotel in the area do not charge for parking. It would be much better If hotel offer free parking for guest

The hotel, rooms and staff were amazing. My only complaint was that we ordered 2 of the prime rib burger dinners, and they were so salty and greasy we didn't eat them. We were never issued a credit for our meals! The pizza was excellent the night before. We would have given 5 stars had the burger situation been rectified.

This hotel has the best gym I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The lounge bar at the entrance was great as well.

Wasn't too impressed with the food during the event.

It's a gorgeous hotel and my employer frequently hosts his holiday breakfast here.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was everything I expected and more. It was very affordable and on par with prices at other locations, so I was expecting something basic and similar to other hotels - I was pleasantly surprised to see it was very nice (bordering on elegant, if you are hoping to have a special event there). The staff were all very friendly and courteous - the front desk staff, wait staff at the restaurant/lounge, housekeeping - and even other guests were as well. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that my stay was everything I expected and more. There is plenty on-site, including a convenience store, fitness centre, car rental, and spa. I appreciate that the parking cost is separate, as not everyone may require parking and it encourages many to use more sustainable transportation options. One of the main features that I loved is the ability to use their app for everything - to check in, pick your room ahead of time, use a virtual key, look at the floor plan if not able to figure out where something is, or if just looking for additional information about the hotel. I will definitely go back in the future.

The staff is friendly but not too accommodating to religious needs! There is no prayer room in this hotel for someone on a business conference.

Overall the hotel is well kept, clean and very convienitly located in Markham.

Spacious dining area. Food was great. I had a steak from Essence restaurant cooked excellently.

Older, but modernized hotel lobby, restaurant and bar with excellent staff.

Wedding reception. 180 guests . Food was delicious .

I was only there for a conference. The hotel was clean and the service was OK. No one really acknowledged me as I walked through the lobby. I found that the hotel was quite busy and the only thing I didn't like was that parking was quite expensive, especially for the area where there's not much going around

I was here for a conference and this space was very nice to for the presentations. Parking was very close so that it was easy to pack up after the day.
