Christmas buffet 2019: we call for booking on Dec ...

Christmas buffet 2019: we call for booking on Dec 25, 2019 dinner buffet and hotel gave us 7:30pm table. When we arrived and the waiter guide us to ballroom had our buffet dinner. Until 7:50pm the other waiter told us the HOT Food will STOP at 8:00pm.. that moment I'm so shock about what happen....you pay $65 +tax +15%tips=$85 each person...and hotel just provide 30min HOT food for you...NoBody tell us when we booking or arrived.....this is unbelievable and unacceptable business doing...Hilton Hotel is Big brand name in the world and they can provide this kind of service....People be careful......
