I hit a pot hole and blew out the sidewall of my tire. They fit me in at the Service Center, and I was out in about an hour. It would have been sooner, but the tire had to be received from another vendor. They filed my warranty paperwork for me, and I just paid the disposal fee. How easy!

It was a pleasure getting to work with the folks at Ed Martin, specifically Mark Higgins, who made my service appointment so absolutely painless. When I first arrived I was concerned that I'd be under a bit of a time crunch between arriving at the dealership and having to go pick up my kids from school. Mark was very receptive and understanding of my concern and immediately sought out a loaner vehicle that would allow me to leave my car there to go and pick up my children. He even helped me move the car seats from my vehicle into the loaner! He was also great about communicating with me relating to the status of my vehicle and I had it back in my possession within 24 hours. I greatly appreciated his efforts.

Came in with a broken shifter. Dan got me on the road in a great courtesy car, and had my car up and running again with certified parts in 48 hours. The price was fair, and they honor all of their promotional offers. I've always been impressed with the Ed Martin staff; however, my last visit was exceptional. My driver side window was going up and down extremely slowly, especially when it is cold outside. I figured there was a short in a wire or worse yet, the motor that operates the window needed replaced. Thankfully, all the problem needed to be fixed was some cleaning and lubrication, which they did free of charge.

I've been conditioned to hope for the best but expect the worst when it comes to getting a vehicle serviced. This experience made me reflect on my experiences with the Ed Martin team. I haven't had an interaction that's reaffirmed this assumption. In fact, it's been the exact opposite. Kudos!

The experience with service desk personnel (Carol) was very easy and accommodating. We had just returned from a trip and our truck would intermittently start. We were able to get the truck towed in right away and service started on it. Carol helped us so much with locating our extended warranty and getting the service covered. By the next day our truck was fixed and back to us. Thank you to a great team! We will be returning for all our GMC needs.

We used the USAA site to select vehicles we were interested in and one was located at Ed Martin Buick-GMC. I received a prompt email response from Jon Steele acknowledging my request and asking me to call him back if I wanted to set up an appointment to see the vehicle. We saw it later that day and Jon was very helpful getting us a salesperson to assist us in a timely manner. Bryan Coup helped us. Friendly, professional, not intrusive or overbearing at all, Bryan did a very good job helping us firm up our interest I. The vehicle with helpful information without useless chatter. I thought he did a very good job overall. The handoff to F&I with Doug was professional and respectful of our decision to stick with USAA for financing. The presentation for extended service warranty plans was brief and professional without being pushy. We chose not to get an extended warranty plan. Paperwork was smooth, timely, and easy. We received a full tank of gas, a car wash, and a very thoughtful thank you from both Jon, Doug, and Bryan. The big yellow oval sticker advertising the year of the car on the windshield was not removed when we left and we returned the next day to ask for it to be removed. Jon did so willingly, quickly, and wonderfully.

On the whole, we had a very nice experience and would revisit Ed Martin Buick GMC again without reservation. Very well done! Thank you!

Excellent sales service! All the staff was great but special shout out to Arthur! He was very helpful and non-pushy. Drove from 2.5 hours away to trade vehicles. Didn't get that "used car dealer" feeling one time. Felt the trade values and sale price were fair. Great selection. We will be back in a couple years hopefully. Thanks!

I was in the area from out of town to purchase a vehicle from Pearson Ford. After being jerked around by them we went next door to Ed Martin Buick GMC. I was not expecting to find a quality vehicle in our price range walking into a used car lot of a dealership. As it turns out I was wrong. I was extremely pleased with the wide variety of CLEAN used vehicles they had to choose from. Robert Brooks was very pleasant to work with and did a fantastic job of listening to what we were looking for and working with us to get us into a low mileage vehicle at a great price. I would strongly recommend shopping at this dealership and will return when I am in the market in the future!!!

I wanted to share my experience with the public so no one else will make the decision to do business here like I attempted to. I first inquired about a vehicle listed on their website on August 17. I spoke with a nice woman by the name of Maureen. She gave me the details of the vehicle of which I inquired about. I explained to her that I am an over the road truck driver but am normally home every weekend and would like to set up a time to meet in person so I could go over the vehicle and if I liked what I saw, then I d drive it home that day. We agreed to meet on August 22, the following Saturday. I happened to get lucky and was passing through the area so I drove up to the dealership to get an in person look at the vehicle. I was introduced to a gentleman by the name of Derrick and he showed me around the vehicle that day.I liked what I saw but explained there were some cosmetic issues (nothing major at all) that I d like addressed if possible. They told me it d be no problem, everything would be fixed and be ready for me when I return on August 22. August 22 rolled around and I called them before I left my house, which is roughly 45 minutes away, to make sure that everything was fixed like we had agreed upon before I made the trip up there, if they were, I was planning on driving it home. They told me everything was good to go and that we would see each other later that day. I arrived on August 22 like agreed-upon but only to find out none of the repairs were done like they told me they would/were. Derrick apologized and even gave me specific stickers to place on the vehicle to mark exactly what repairs needed done because he was going to send the vehicle to their personal repair shop to get everything completed as agreed upon. He told me the vehicle would be in the shop first thing Monday morning, August 24 and he will personally drive the vehicle to my parents house on Tuesday when repairs were done because he happened to live close and I would have to leave out for work. I said no problem, that s fine because my dad could ve taken care of everything from there til I got back home. I thought everything was going good up until today, August 25, I received a phone call from Derrick saying his manager sold the vehicle out from the both of us. Not only did Derrick not receive commission for the sale (because that s how salesman earn their paychecks), but I lost out on a vehicle that was supposed to be getting repaired so I could purchase it, like we agreed upon. I wasted time and money for gas to drive 45 minutes one way both times to look and hopefully purchase this vehicle, but yet the manager sold it out from underneath us as well as lied to on several occasions. It s completely disrespectful and a horrible way to do business towards any customer! I highly recommend no one shop here to buy any vehicle because this was the worst experience I ve ever had at a dealership!!

I recently ran into an issue post oil change and when I say I called to rectify this both gentlemen are taking personal aim to take car of this from the tow to already setting up a loaner before I even asked. He did not inform me that they do not hold vehicles for you, until after I got up there. Told me that was bad business! Got there, and he told me someone else was test driving it. Waited in total over 25 minutes. The vehicle come back, and they let someone else test drive it. While my guy decided to go out with another customer and leave me setting there. Finally came back in, and told me the vehicle I drove over 2 hours to come see was being sold! Never been so disrespected by a dealership. Very bad business indeed!! I will never go back

I was looking on the internet to get an idea of a vehicle I would like to buy, trading in my 2004 chevy trailblazer. I saw a Toyota RAV4 vehicle listed and with the help of Bryce Toll at Ed Martin Buick (located at 9896 N. Michigan Rd., Indpls.) who was extremely helpful and nice, I purchased this vehicle. He was NOT a pressure salesperson, just very knowledgeable wanting to help me purchase my ideal vehicle. Believe me when I say that one thing that I will not put up with is someone pushing me to buy their product. I would immediately walk off the lot even if there was a car I was interested in. In no way did Bryce come across this way. He had a great personality and I really enjoyed dealing with him. My experience with the dealership was over and above what I expected and the two together ended in a purchase, making us both a winner.

I came in to get a oil change and tire rotation. I had requested someone take a close look at my tires cause they are'nt holding air. it's not just weather before it got cold I was putting air in the tires. what is most troubling this is a 2020. I have never had this problem before.

After dreadful experiences at a cadillac dealership, I took a chance at Ed Martin since it is close to my office. They were great! The value I received is more like my local mechanic than most dealerships that try to tack on additional, unwanted services.
The staff is polite, quick, experienced, empathetic, professional, friendly and able to explain situations effectively. Added bonus is they provide shuttle rides. One of my fellow passengers needed a ride all the way out to Fishers, probably because the service is so good at Ed Martin, compared to other dealerships closer to her home.

very negative experience and this is why: 1) a mechanic could not reproduce the problem so i had to drive and point to the problem myself, which he then acknowledged; 2) they first identified one cause, quoted me for it, then later gave a higher quote saying the first one was mistaken; 3) be aware if you mention any problem with your vehicle when scheduling a service -- they will charge you minimum $120 extra. their web site did not say anything in this regard; 4) i did not want to write this review first, but apparently this dealership has no issue sharing your personal information with third parties. i got a promo from sirius xm today thanking me for bringing my car for a service to this dealer. what an awful way to make extra bucks.

Good people here at Ed Martin. The waiting area is very nice, equipped with a big TV, snacks, and Drinks. The service department is swift and thorough, they even wash your car when you have any work done to it. I don't even live close but it's worth the trip any time. I already had in mind what I wanted to look at, but it was gone. He found what I really wanted & went above and beyond to get the price where I had set without me having to haggle. Not only did I get a really great deal. They all stayed late to get everything handled & I showed up an hour before closing due to traffic. I visited this dealership on Sat, December 7th, 2013. Everyone made me feel comfortable; no pushy salesmen. I had the privilege of working with a sales associate by the name of Bryce. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He made buying a car simple, and put me in a beautiful 2012 Chevy Malibu. Not only did he go over every single thing that I had to sign, but after, he even hopped in the car and showed me what every button does and how to use everything. He even helped me download the OnStar app on my phone and showed me how to use that too! This has been by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! I recently bought a new 2013 Buick at Ed Martin Buick GMC. My salesman Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable about every car on the lot. He was available when I contacted him and was very patient when I changed my mind. He went above and beyond to locate the exact car I wanted and ensured that I got the best price on it. I went to a number of dealerships, but Ed Martin Buick GMC had the best deals and rebates available.

*BEST EXAMPLE OF THEIR WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE: The day after I payed for my vehicle, I got a call from Richard telling me that the dealership had received new rebates that would save me an additional $2200. The dealership offered me the rebate (even though I had already payed) and held the deal for me until I could come back and re-sign the docs.This is a testament to the unprecedented level of service and assistance I received from the team at Ed Martin Buick GMC during my car buying process. I will definitely be referring others to this dealership!

EDIT: Still a happy customer 5 years later. Their service department is great. Amy and Carol are so helpful and attentive to detail. They kept me updated on my car and got me a loaner / shuttle when I needed to leave my car for longer than a few hours. They won't try to upcharge you or upsell you here, they just fix what needs to be fixed quickly and affordably. I'll continue to have my car serviced here for the foreseeable future.

I purchased a brand new Buick from John David Morgan at Ed Martin Buick. It was the best experience I have ever had. He was honest, kind and really listened to me. After I left with my new Buick I hit a pothole and my tire went flat. John David changed it for me in the rain then set up getting me a new tire. He went over everything in the car and he even helped me move all the stuff from my old car to my new one. Ed Martin must hold their salesman to a high standard.
