Their selection of vehicles seems okay for their size. In the 20-30 minutes I spent on the lot looking at new diesel trucks, I was never greeted by a salesmen. So I left. I even went inside to use the restroom and wasn't approached by any staff. Clearly they weren't hurting for my business.
The service was very punctual and professional.
The vehicle was due for an oil change and tire rotation so I brought it in. The price was great when you compared to local non dealership service. There is one caveat for bringing the vehicle in to the dealer. They let you know the maintenance status of the car. This will save you money by being preventative rather than reactive. The car got a clean bill of health and my wife can continue to use it with confidence. I know it makes her feel better that it was done at the dealer.

Once again I find my time wasted through absolute failures of communication and misinformation from this location. I truly wish I had never bought my vehicle from this location so that my service warranty wasn't stuck here.

Yet another failure of service. Waiting 50min for a single tire change
I am having a very difficult time trying to get anything done right here. The wait times are ridiculous and the number of things not covered by a service contract is frustrating to say the least
They make the process as good as it can possibly be. I love the employees and the friendliness aod professionalism they always show the customers.
Great price for an oil change and tire rotation! Everyone was nice, the waiting area is great and the service team gave me honest opinions on what services I need to have next. It was Devin that helped me. I will return to this location again! Thanks!
The gap insurance they sell does not cover the gap on your loan. Had the truck 3 weeks and was totaled by a drunk driver. Gap insurance depreciated the truck 538.00 in the 3 weeks I drove it.
My stepfather, my daughter, & I had been looking at vehicles all day. By 430 we were tired & giving one final dealer one chance. We called ahead of time to ensure the vehiclewas available. The receptionist was informational about the vehicle & what to do upon arrival. Kurt was not only physically ready for us after a 45 minute drive, at the front with the vehicle but he also had it freshly washed.. After introduction & a fill up, he explained & apologized that they haven't had a chance to detail it, but it will be done if i decided that I wanted to take it home. (Which being someone who used to work at a dealership i can understand why it may have had to wait to be detailed). I then took it for a very short drive (not being from the area I didnt want to get lost). Needless to say roughly 3 minutes into the ride & I knew that my momma (R.I.H. momma) was up there telling me yes, I approve!
But let's be honest, I knew from the minute I initially arrived that this WAS going to be my car. . . (After a detail of course.) He was informational on the vehicle & carfax, as well as very understanding to anxiety & being emotionally overwhelmed. After talking for a bit, I found out we had things in common. . . Oddly enough Favorite colors and being ocd about OUR PENS. Lol. (Thank you for mine btw I might have a new pen type).
Overall between Kurt (the salesman for me) helping me understand a few things & communicating with myself & Doug (from finance) as well as the both of them together for not only saying, but also proving that I would definitely be leaving with this car tonight, I can honestly say that Ed Martin is the best dealer experience and car buying experience that I have had personally.
Thank you all for the kindness, understanding, reassuring attitudes and helpfulness during this process for me.
Thank you for having the safe, reliable, air conditioned and safe snow driving vehicle for my daughter and I. (Weve been 3 years with out a/c, her laugh when she felt it was all I needed for approval)

Went for an oil change and service told me it'd be about an hour it was an hour 10 in and out second time there I will Go Back very pleased

Came prepared knowing what we wanted, they found the specific trim and had it shipped within days. Trade in value, financing, negotiated price and closed the deal within an hour.
Great dealership. Service advisor ladies are very professional, especially Julie K. They will even give you a complementary car wash.
Sam was amazing again! This is the 3rd car this year our family purchased from Sam. Since he already knew me and my likes, once I emailed him I was coming in to buy a new car, he had the perfect car already pulled into the showroom and displayed perfectly when we arrived. The process was efficient and easy, and Jon was amazing with the financing. We will be back in June to buy a car for my husband!

The older gentleman who took my appointment request was very helpful with his suggestion for using the shuttle service. After dropping off my vehicle, I didn't have to wait long for the shuttle to be available. Larry, the shuttle driver, was absolutely delightful. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The shuttle return pickup process was smooth and uncomplicated. I also appreciated the added touch of a car wash.
Great experience... Mr. McNamara was a seasoned expert that helped us choose the right used vehicle... Which 100,000 miles later we still love!
I have been a Ed Martin Buick GMC Very Satisfied Customer for 1 year now. Just when I think that the Certified Service Advisors cannot get any better they admise me each and every visit. I went on October 1 2020 for my regular oil change. I was meet by Jon Zimmerman, Certified Service Advisor. He greeted me with a friendly Good Morning!!! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. My entire visit. I was there for a oil change when Jon noticed my car intenna was missing. Jon went up and beyond to get my new intenna. He went to a neighboring dearship to get an intenna. Ed Martin Buick did not have any in stock. I said WOW Jon!!! Ed Martin Buick GMC is SUPERB!!! With Certified Service Advisors like Jon Zimmerman on their team I see why!!! Jon did everything possible to make me a statisfied customer. He Succeeded!!! Ed Martin Buick GMC Dealership is always clean. The entire dealership is friendly and you will be greeted by every employee. I am a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this dealership!!!
