Ecomark did a great job. Super easy to work with. Callie kept us up to date about what was happening and the installers were super nice.

Working with EcoMark was smooth. They clearly communicated each step along the way. They followed our agreed timeline. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in getting solar energy.

I had my solar system installed by Ecomark and have had nothing but good experience with it so far. I am very satisfied with the work performed and the system.

I had a schedule apt for our estimate and recieved a call saying they prioritize their appointments and we were not priority so our apt was given to someone else. After adjusting our schedule to make it work around their availability, i am LESS THAN SATISFIED. And the rep who called me, hung up on me when i said i would talk to my husband about rescheduling. Very poor and will not do business with them or recommend them!

Very professional. Great experience, except that a huge hail storm set everything back time-wise. The solar is installed and every person we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered our questions. Everything is working great!

After looking into a couple of different companies for Solar we went with EcoMark Solar. We liked that they were a local company and that all of the work would be done with EcoMark employees rather than being contracted out to random installers. We received emails with timelines of our project so were not left guessing what the next step was. So now we just need to wait and let the sun do its work!

If I could give zero stars I would. They are true salesmen as in they tell you everything you want to hear to get you to sign up including that your home equity increases by a drastic amount (for us it was $50,000). Here we are trying to sell our house and we still owe $24,000 on our solar loan. We initially paid $31,000 two years ago and have been told by several realtors that they add pretty much no value to the sale of your home. We can maybe get $5000 on our home. When I reached out about what our options are they said they can move the panels to the new home but after we pay off our current loan of $24,000 and pay another $10,000 in fees to relocate them. It's just such a joke. We now have to give the new owners of our home OUR solar system because it's not worth 1/3 of the original price just to move them over. Seriously reconsider if wanting to purchase solar. Our xcel bill is still $93 in Colorado in March and we have it set to cover 93% of our bill. They have had to come several times and reset the transmitter to make sure they are producing like they are supposed to because the company has lost transmission. Who knows how much we have lost on energy just from that. We are beyond frustrated and upset that we got taken advantage of. We are honest people and just wanted the same treatment from a company who claimed so much at their initial presentation. BUYER BEWARE

From day one when the sales rep came to my house the experience has been great. Not pushy, always informative and looking for the best interest for me. I am very happy with the whole process. The installation went smooth. No damage to my new roof or new siding on my house. The financing company that helped me get financed is also great. No issues and everyone I've dealt with on the phone or came to my house have gone above and beyond helping and answering all my questions.

Everything with EcoMark Solar went very smoothly. From the initial sales visit to the commissioning appointment when my system was turned on, they kept me well informed about the progress, next steps and what to expect. Great people to work with, very flexible with appointments and competitive prices, all that and more make me recommend EcoMark if anybody is thinking about going solar.

Working with EcoMark was a pleasure. Their representative spent a significant amount of time explaining the benefits of a solar system and the overall process of design, installation and operation of the system as well as the interactions with the local utility. The actual process was well organized and we had regular communications to inform us regarding status and next steps. The installation team was very polite and professional and were very good about answering questions and providing information. Once everything was installed and complete, the inspection by the city was a breeze and we were immediately able to begin producing electricity.

I have a solar system! EcoMark was incredible every step of the way. Each person that contacted us or that showed up to do some work was friendly and efficient. Overall we have been very pleased with Ecomark Solar. Once things started happening it went really quickly. It took a while for all the permits and approvals from the electric company. The only thing we had any issue with was communication. There were a few times where we didn't know what was going on.

Very good from beginning to end. All communication was done through email with very little interaction other than that. They did what they promised and in the time frame agreed upon.

System was installed in two days. After waiting for CSU to make the final connection, about a week later it was producing.

Ecomark has been fantastic to work with every step of the way! We never expected to be able to afford solar, but they make it easy and affordable. They explain everything really clearly and are great at answering questions. Ecomark makes the process of installing solar easy - they determine how many panels you need based on your average usage, communicate with your hoa, do all of the leg work for you. They are also very communicative so you know what is happening every step of the way. We have been very pleased with the process.

John, Jalisa, and Jen kept us updated throughout the whole process from signing, to permits, to install, to connecting with Xcel, and made the process virtually painless. Ecomark Solar was great to do business with. All employees from the install team, to the engineers and all project coordinators/managers were very helpful and nice. I received emails every time the project moved to the next phase so I always knew the exact step the project was at. All of the employees I had contact with were willing to answer any question I had and they were genuinely concerned to answer my question correctly even if they had to call another employee. Overall I had a great experience with Ecomark Solar and I would recommend them to anyone looking to go Solar, especially since they are a Colorado based company.

From the time we met with Natalia, through installation, that crew of young people were great. To inspection, work with design team and now tech, all has been very impressive.

We chose Ecomark because we wanted to work with a local Colorado company to install solar panels on our house. Every aspect of the project has been extremely professional and everyone at Ecomark has been great to work with. Perhaps the only negative we had was that the project did get slowed down, with the issues stemming from all sites: us, Ecomark, and the city of Fort Collins. But, now that its all done, we are totally satisfied.

Having done a lot of research prior to committing to a solar installation, it is safe to say I was a bit apprehensive. I was looking for solar panels for home and asked a couple companies and they refused to take it, they said that the shade of my neighbors trees will affect the performance and also the inclination of the roof was an issue. A ecomark sales showed up at the door and offer the system. I told her what I have been told and she said lets give it a try and I did and now after a few months of planning, installing, I am producing electrical solar energy.

My entire experience with EcoMark has been beyond my expectation: starting with Wendy Crawford. I was just curious about solar panels, Wendy was patient articulate and extremely knowledgeable. Believe me, I had no intent in purchasing them. I am so happy I did.
Their entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave customer service a good name. I am sorry I can't name them all....EVERY crew member that came to my home were friendly, professional and courteous! My favorite was Mikel, my Electrical Manager. I had the most contact with Jalisa. Thank you sweet Jalisa for answering all my questions and being patient with me. Thank you solar support (Jimmy, Joe and more). I must have changed my loan 4 times. You constantly answered all my questions. EcoMark team..........YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!

The whole process from beginning to end was very easy. Everyone involved was highly professional and accommodating to my schedule.

I found Ecomark very professionally operated. Well organized and install team was great. I was slightly misled to believe the system was capable of operating OFF GRID which it is not.( the salesman said the storage batteries weren't available). He failed to mention the system wasn't capable of that function. I am still happy with what what I have gotten.

Big on talk, lacking on delivery. My wife and I went with Ecomark. Although we're glad we bought solar, we would have gone with a different company. Our biggest issues was the lack of communication after we signed and the fact they promised a referral bonus which they never paid, despite me reaching out numerous times. Take everything the business says with a grain of salt.

Overall experience was very good. Had trouble with finance and dealing with desk clerk.

DO NOT use EcoMark Solar. I had so many problems with every part of this experience. They didn't show up to installation TWICE. They didn't even call. When they finally installed, they said they would be done at noon & ended up leaving at 5. The critter guard I ordered was useless as it left a 2-3" gap between the guard and my roof. After missing 3 days of work and a whole lot of inconvenience, I contacted corporate who apologized (which I heard about 300 times) and offered me a small gift card for my troubles. This was BEFORE the problems I had getting the system initialized. I signed up for my system in Nov 2016 & was told it would take about 6 months MAX. The install was completed In June which was almost 8 months!! Love the solar power - HATE the company.

What a great experience - from start to finish. The hardest part was having to wait for the installation! No pressure from the sales person, constant communication from the company about where we were in the process, and installation was a breeze. I've wanted solar for over 20 years, but we always thought it would be too expensive. EcoMark made it so we didn't have to put any money down and the payments for the solar are what we would have been paying the electric company. Best of all - after we pay of the loan, we won't have to pay for electricity (or very, very, very little). There's a huge difference between spending money and investing it. If you're worried about taking out a loan, bear in mind that you're investing and the pay off will be so worth it. I can absolutely recommend EcoMark without any hesitancies.

We got solar in November and were waiting to review until some time had passed. The experience with Halley was pleasant, and getting the ball rolling went well. There were a few times when we had to call a multiple times to get an update on where we were at with the process, but nothing too frustrating. It's a bit of a surreal experience, because suddenly one day you have solar panels installed. The crews didn't seem to cause any damage, they cleaned up after themselves, and (as part of our HOA agreement) they also painted the cable housing along our house. We had to call a few times to get them to paint the housing but again, nothing too frustrating.

Overall positive experience, haven't had problems yet. Looking forward to the summer to see what it does for our bills.

Ian and Rebecca are great customer service representatives! We had an issue with our invertor post install (the monitoring software needed and upgrade to talk to the solar edge servers). I contacted them and the issue was taken care of that day. They definitely took care of us.
Overall the experience with this company was amazing. I didn t think that it was this easy to move to solar. I would/will be recommending them to my friends.
