Had a great experience dealing with Eco Mark Solar!
Our sales rep was Tirzah who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! She was easy going and very low pressure with the solar product. She answered all of our questions and explained the process in detail. It was a pleasure dealing with her!
Krista made sure that we were up-to-date with the install and the paperwork that went to the utility company and the city. Other than providing her the information, we didn t have to do much. Very easy process!
Ian and Rebecca are great customer service representatives! We had an issue with our invertor post install (the monitoring software needed and upgrade to talk to the solar edge servers). I contacted them and the issue was taken care of that day. They definitely took care of us.
Overall the experience with this company was amazing. I didn t think that it was this easy to move to solar. I would/will be recommending them to my friends.
