My wife and I purchased a 2014 Toyota 4 runner from James Owens on Sunday July 27, 2014 and had an excellent experience. James Owens was extremely professional, courteous, always accessible by work phone, personal cell phone and by email on any questions or concerns that we had. James Owens worked very hard to locate a specific model and color of 4 runner that we were looking for in the southeastern United States at the price that i was looking to pay. He worked very hard for more than 3-4 days on locating the vehicle, making sure it was delivered to the Earl Stewart dealership and had running boards put on the vehicle at the dealership in an extremely fast time. The trade in process and whole buying experience was extremely pleasurable without any pressure. I really appreciated the prompt service and detail given by James Owens and would highly recommend him to anyone we know if they are interested in purchasing a vehicle (new or used). We are extremely happy with our experience and would purchase any car in the future from James Owens and the Earl Stewart Toyota dealership. A+ rating from us.

John Gormley guided through my very first lease with expertise and patience. The dealership was friendly and well staffed. The first half which included a test drive and negotiating the lease went by quickly enough, but waiting to sign the papers with the finance guy took longer, seemingly due to computer issues (the only reason I didn't do 5 stars). Everything was explained thoroughly and I am confident with my decision to shop at Earl Stewart. John was even so generous to offer to return my rental the next day as they were closed that day. First of all it was a beautiful Showroom huge with lots of cars to choose from. Everyone was exceptionally nice and very professional.I found what I wanted, they make the transaction very smooth and they put you at ease there was no pressure even though it was a major decision. Had a great experience. Was looking to exchange a lease of a 2012 Highlander with a 2014 at the end of the model year. Our sales person Leonel Jean-Jacques could have guided us to a 2014 that was really not what we were looking for but was all that was available in South Florida. Instead he and his manager recommended that we wait for the 2015 model and get the vehicle we wanted. In today's market that type of "Customer First" service is appreciated.
Wow... I just purchased a used Highlander here with my Daughter. I write a lot of Google reviews and this is the best Ive ever seen. Over 2900 reviews and a 5 star rating. I'm here though because I wanted to give them an excellent review too. Alex in used cars and his manager were wonderful. We had an issue or two which is normal with any business but the difference is how they handle it. The car needed a little TLC and not only did they fix it for free they gave us a rental while they did the repair. This is the best customer in all departments Ive ever experience at a Toyota dealership. From Alex, to his manager, to the finance guy, to the body shop, the loaner... everything. I have had questionable experiences with some of the other Toyota dealers in Palm Beach and will now only come here. I have purchased only Toyota's for over 30 years. Bought two cars from this dealership and used the service dept many times. That all ended today. Do not take your vehicle to this service dept. Zero accountability. Was promised a refund after they bleeped up big time for them to call me back a week later saying they couldn t refund me. Funny thing is they called me (to cancel the refund) 10 min after I dropped my car off to a different location for $3K worth of work. I m in the market for a new car. Guess where I m not going.

Tona Draughon is my go to person at Earl Stewart Toyota. I just purchased my 5th Toyota from her. She makes the process easy and is not hesitant to give prices over the phone. Tona makes suggestions about models, colors and accessories that are dead on. I am able to have all the paperwork completed before i arrive to pick up my new Toyota which is a major time saver and cuts the misery of sitting at the dealer for hours She "gets it", and makes the process pleasant. I was there yesterday, just for a quick service on a free recall item. Upon arrival to pick up my car, I was told to get in line @ The Cashier. There was one door to approach the Cashier, and one Cashier window open. All customers needing to see the one Cashier, and customers there for other service in general all entered and exited from this one door, and were crammed into one small hallway. The one door was used for both in and out for both service and for cashier - those of us in line had to keep backing up against the wall in the narrow hallway to allow passage to the people coming in and to allow passage to the people coming out of the service area, as well as those going in and people coming out from the one cashier. I only waited about 15 minutes, but in that short time, the other customers and I who were very concerned about this proximity counted about 17 people going in and 12 people going out in that narrow hallway where we were all crowded together. Those 29 people passing by in just 15 minutes, not to mention all the customers already in line, was NOT at all respectful of COVID 19 social distancing. When it was my turn, I mentioned this to the man who walked me to my car, and he said that he agreed, but that they do that to keep the EMPLOYEES safe!!! Think about that ... a very telling priority by Earl Stewart Toyota.

I bought a 2017 Toyota Camry SE at Earl Stewart Toyota using the Costco program. Joe Principato was the seller who sent me the information very quickly and very detailed through email. Since I preferred a different combination of the exterior and interior colors, I called Joe and he sent me the deal for a different car. I compared prices with other dealers and decided to visit Earl Stewart Toyota. Once there, Joe showed me several cars and walked with me looking for one in particular. Finally, he found the car with the exterior/interior I wanted and with the options I needed. I did the test drive, loved the car and we went back to his office. Again, Joe explained me the different discounts, the price and out-the-door price. The same price he emailed me a few hours before. I have been buying cars for more than 30 years, not only for me, but for my wife, my daughter and other relatives. I can say, this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. The main problem we have as a customer is finding a dealership with a LEADER (Mr. Earl Stewart) is just one of those dealer who says what he means and does just that. I was in the auto industry for 30+ years and have my share of problems with some dealerships not taking care of the customer. The team at Earl Stewart have a code to live by everyday and it's understood by all of the team. No excuse. I honestly feel that this is the only place to entrust your hard earned money. This is my third Toyota Sienna from this dealership, WHY ? Because they have the best Sales and Service department. I met Garry DeArmond at the dealership and he made me feel just like family and went out of his way in all parts of the sale, including coming in on his day off. I could reach Garry anytime with any question and he followed up on everything. I will have to visit him just on account. How do I know that this is the VERY BEST, been their and done that. After 30+ years as a Service & Parts Director --I know when I have found the BEST of the BEST.---I have have visited other dealership and they don't understand how to treat a customer/friend. My service person, Jeff Goldberg, did an excellent job examining, finding and having a tire found to have a nail in it repaired. He was courteous and professional as he has always been. When my 2008 Camry required an expensive repair, he suggested I look at a 2018 White Camry LE which I purchased and am very happy with. I am grateful to him for that. Richard in the pre-owned dept and Franco in the finance office made my purchase of a 2018 Tacoma not only very pleasant but also quick and easy. I had been looking to replace my truck for a while and been given the usual runaround at various dealerships so was expecting similar treatment when I drove onto the Earl Stewart lot. Richard greeted me in a very friendly manner and listened to what I was looking for, and took me straight to a vehicle I may be interested in, not what he wanted to push on me for a bigger commission. My vehicle was also appraised at a value I was very happy with. We discussed finance options and then Richard put the Tacoma on hold for 48 hours for me to think about it.
I went back two days later and purchased the truck. Franco was very efficient with the paperwork, explained various options for warranty etc. and I was driving home in my new Tacoma in about an hour.
Here's the best part....I took the car home with a second key missing and window tint still to be applied. Both of which were taken care of within a matter of days.

My wife went to look for and potentially purchase a new vehicle here today. She spent nearly 3 hours looking at what she liked. She had decided she wanted the 2018 RAV4 Adventure and was offered a price of 29k out the door as the website even suggests. She was sold and ready to do the paperwork and buy it. Moments later the manager claims they were given a supposedly "wrong price tag." And tried to suggest it was several thousands of dollars more than it was actually listed on via website. And instead of making it right, they seemed to have no problem letting her walk away without buying anything and so she did just that. Clearly the only thing this place cares about when it comes to sales is trying to sucker people out of as much money as possible rather than make an actual honest, profitable sale. From this experience we would strongly recommend people stick to their research before going here to get scammed.
I took my truck in for a regular service, oil change tire rotation, etc. The service gentlemen told me that my spark plugs were supposed to be changed at 30,000 miles. My truck is at 60,000 miles. $200 to change spark plugs, seems high to me... And of course my extended service agreement just expired.... Somebody dropped the ball.....

This was my second service appointment since moving to the area, and another great experience. Comfortable waiting room, with TV, coffee and bagels as a courtesy. Knowledgeable service managers that relay information from the Toyota technicians. While waiting, the manager kept me posted about time frame, cost and diagnoses. I find this dealership trustworthy.

Called when they said they would regarding parts arrived. Served us almost immediately upon arrival for our appointment. The shuttle service and driver was really great and much appreciated. My only disappointment was it took over an hour longer than promised. I would definitely return and recommend.

I just bought a car and my experience was excellent. Scott Mandler took care of every detail, showed me several cars staying true to what I needed, not pushing me to buy a particular car.So thee whole experience was as relaxed as they advertise! Once I bought it, he patiently showed me all the features, set up my phone for Blue Tooth and the radio stations.He even got me new mats and an extra key! I had them detail my mom's car inside and out, engine, headlights, shampoo, wax etc. when I picked car up I asked associate everything good, headlights?? He said yes, everything will be nice. It came out, headlights were yellow, I had them keep it another day to pick up in the morning. They were much better but charged me another $53 bucks, on top of the $149.00. my Toyota dealership here in Fort Myers did my vehicle an awesome job. Good thing my mom likes them, I won't be back...

Great, Great, and Great Customer Service !!!! No dealership fee is a PLUS. There are a few perks like coffee of your choice, bagel and cream cheese. However, if you want a new key for the used vehicle, you're basically out of luck. Just ask Venessa Perez. Although, she try hard to get it for us, they still won't give you one.
