Earl Stewart Toyota was excellent to work with in terms of buying a car. The website is good -- and you can look through cars in the entire Southeast region to find the car with the options you're looking for and get it shipped. I worked primarily with Todd Shultzaberger, who was extremely helpful -- especially when I went to pick up the car and had very limited time to spend on the transaction. Todd is also relaxed in his approach and very responsive to any information requests made. Because I did much of the work online and via email, I also found that Josh Stewart -- Earl's son -- sends an email to verify that things are going smoothly. Both the no haggle pricing and a reasonable value on the trade-in made the process work quickly for everyone.

Great experience! Bought a new truck and took less than an hour to do. The staff is exceptional. Tona was a great sales rep. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. She made my car buying experience effortless and enjoyable. The finance rep Amber was equally as friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back here again!

My car buying experience at Earl Stewart Toyota was the BEST I've ever had!

Normally, I HATE buying cars! This time it was literally a pleasure. My Salesman was Todd Shultzaberger, Internet Specialist. I would recommend him highly. He is a straight-shooter and nice guy to boot.

I had spent all Friday shopping for cars in Stuart only to become frustrated by dealer fees and other fees.......Also with the lack of transparency and arrogance with which these dealers operated. Determined to avoid this scene, I broadened my search. I made inquiries from Vero to Palm Beach.

I sent Todd an inquiry at 2:00am on a Friday (email). He answered by 8:00am on Saturday. The proposal was to good to be true! I couldn't wait until 9:00 to call and see if it was. The proposal included a Price (which was better than any other price I had received), a $150 tag transfer fee, and tax......that was IT!

I made the drive, no games were played and I made the deal!

Finance was handled by Shany Chugtai. He was a class act. (OMG did I just say that about a Car Dealer Finance Specialist?!?!?! I usually hate these guys more than the salesmen.)

Shany was professional, courteous, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about his business. I will definitely request him again.

Earl Stewart Toyota definitely has a new "customer for life", thanks to Todd Shultzaberger (sales) and Shany Chugtai (finance).

Your service representative Steven Goldberg was fa...

Your service representative Steven Goldberg was fantastic, but overall I am dissatisfied with Toyota's response to the handling of a malfunctioning driver-side sun visor. Our sun visor hasn't worked correctly for years (hangs down) and recently has become so bad that it obstructs our view of the road. Steven made me aware earlier this week when I was in for an oil change that there was a CSP program that has since ended (last year). I contacted Toyota and explained to a phone supervisor that my wife and I did not receive notification of the program, because if we had, we would have surely brought the vehicle in for fixing. The quoted $200 replacement is a lot to swallow given it's a vehicle failure that we did not cause and strongly believe Toyota should replace in goof faith. I am planning to buy a truck in the near future, and a Toyota truck is something I was strongly considering, but given this experience I am reconsidering purchasing a Toyota truck and will look at alternatives.

I just wanted to take a brief moment to send praises and recognition to a outstanding employee of earl strewart Toyota karol wilkins who recently sold me a new vehicle for lack of a better word. I say this because during the entire process I didn't feel like she was just out to make a sales but instead I felt a sincere interest in showing me what were my options and what I was entitled to as a loyal customer, she also took the time to listen intently to exactly what I wanted and didn't try to sell me anything that I did not want she also took the time to following up with me letting me know the statue of my delivery,i know that this was more than just another sale because I could see that she share with me the same excitement and enthusiasm as I felt,karol wilkins is not only a fine sales person but a genuine,honest and good person,she is an absolute asset to your team.

We just purchased our second new Toyota from Earl Stewart, a 2020 Corolla. Our previous purchase was a 2013 Camry, which was a great car. We took advantage of the Tires for Life program at Earl Stewart. We had all of our scheduled maintenance done there, and when we needed new tires Earl replaced them for just a minor installation fee. We have received very friendly and professional service from everyone at the shop, and plan to make Earl Stewart the place for all of our new car purchases.

The staff at EST are very courteous and professional. They assisted us with all of our needs, allowed us to test drive vehicles we were interested in, and were fair when it came to financing. Our Sales person Regis Baptiste was very professional, courteous, and rolled with the punches when dealing with my fathers comedic personality. The long wait for the lease on my 2012 Highlander to end finally resulted in a wonderful buying experience with Kelly Thomas on my new, very awesome, 2015 Highlander. He went out of his way answer all my questions concerning the Toyota Avalon
Limited and there was never any high pressure to sell the vehicle. I did buy the
car and he again spent as much time as needed to explain the various controls.
He is a gentlemen and eager to help in any way possible.

What is not to love?! My car had a serious recall and the length of time to fix it is long. James LaPlaine and Midly have been beyond accommodating to me. They have put me in adequate, reliable, safe loaner cars, they have been superb on their communication with me on the matter, and they are understanding of my schedule and the fact that I don't live too close to the dealership. Any "process" in regards to the matter, and they have had me in and out of their office in under 15 minutes, with no hiccups and their job done perfectly. Thank you to them and this dealership for making this time easier!

I've been a loyal customer at Earl Stewart for a while now. I've purchased my first "real" car from them when everything I touched seemed to die on me. That car was a 2008 Toyota Avalon. Then when money was in better shape, I decided I wanted to surprise my Mother with a new(er) 2010 Toyota 4Runner. Both cars ran beautifully with no issues whatsoever. There came to a point where at my job (at the time) I was given the opportunity to purchase a vehicle (this was not at Earl Stewart). I loved driving that car but something always felt a bit off. A few months of owning the newer vehicle, I saw an add from the amazing Earl Stewart Toyota. I saw the 2019 Toyota 86 TRD SE for sale! The morning after I decided to stop on by to see if by some miracle, I was able to switch from the previously purchased vehicle into the new 86 TRD. To my complete surprise, they were able to not only pay off the loan of the previous car, but finance the 86 TRD at an affordable rate that was not much higher than what I would have been paying for the previous car. I was already convinced that Earl Stewart was an amazing place from the pre-owned sales team to the service staff, but this was an experience completely beyond my expectations! If you are in the market for a used car, Stop on by Earl Stewart and see Brian Casey. He makes every car buying experience a simple, buy enjoyable experience that will leave you in love with your next big purchase!

I thought I would write and state for the record that my recent purchase of a Toyota truck was truly an easy and pleasurable experience. The Dealership was fair on the trade in and the pricing of the new vehicle was as attractive as any offered on the internet or other dealers. The difference was clearly the philosophy which was embodied by the salesperson, Leonel Jean-Jacques, and supported by the management person Jayson Lady. Thanks to all and a five star salute.

Karol Wilkins, the terrific product specialist I worked with on my recent purchase, actually listened to my specific needs and concerns and factored them in across the board. My interaction with others at the dealership was also great which makes me believe that the management at Earl Stewart instills in their staff that it is not only about their revenue but about providing service, quality product and follow-up. This has been the best car shopping experience I have ever had, Samantha Was very honest and transparent about the availability and selection that was on the lot and pointed me to the very best option available at the time. Samantha patiently took me to see all the other vehicles in the same class, only to come the same conclusion. Our salesman, Doug Bradfield, took great care to find us just the vehicle we were looking for and explain all of the features on it. When they did not have the color we wanted , they searched for one and had it ready for us to look at in less than a week. The No Haggle pricing and no pressure sales made for one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had.

I have been car shopping for over a year waiting to make the right and affordable decision (as it was my very first car I brought from Earl Stewart Toyota). I knew it was going to be an elentra, fusion or corolla, that I thought were in my budget. I went to the Hyundai dealership on Northlake first, as a recent college graduate I know about ten people with elentras my thought they can afford it I can, right... I test drove one had some blind spots but was caught up in the excitement I might be getting a new car. The next thing that happened I never even thought about the sales guy called me 5 times a day for nearly two weeks straight.....(and still tried months after). I knew I was not going to be doing business with them but I still liked the car so I went to the dealership in West Palm, but there were dealer fees etc... that couldn't be waived, the best offer was just not good enough for a young girl buying her first car, and honestly I was terrified to shop somewhere else after my first sales experience. Feeling discouraged I gave up my search for 8 months until my mom decided she wanted a new SUV. I went to dealership to dealership with her test driving etc... and price checking for myself. We had a good experience at the Ford dealership on Northlake but weren't sold on any of the cars but it was nice to not be stalked by a sales guy again. Then she ended up going to Earl Stewart Toyota by herself on a week day when my Dad and I had been working, she fell in love with the 2014 Rav 4. My mom had worked with Steve Manganello and he held the SUV for her until the next day when she excitedly showed it off to me. The following day she purchased it with my Dad (who if you knew him you would expect it take a month to get him to haggle and get a price down enough to say yes) but not with this Rav 4 he bought and my mom drove it home within 4 hours!!! This was in March when my mom made her purchase. I was driving a 2003 Mazada Tribute and I knew I wanted a car this time around. I am 23 and I don't have any kids so a car seemed affordable and practical, my AC had broken in my Tribute in April the cost to correct the problem was over a grand and I knew it was time to buy new. A grand is a lot of money for an older car and a young girl. So last Sunday I asked my mom to drive me to Earl Stewart Toyota so I could test drive a corolla and a carmy, she had to drive because it was 95 degrees and with no AC driving even 5 minutes is painful. We walked inside now this was 2 months since my mom had made her purchase Steve immediately recognized my mom, gave her a huge hug, referred to her by first name (had no idea we were coming in we didn't ask for him at all) and he asked if she was still happy with her Rav 4. Now after pretty much preparing a restraining order for the sales guy I worked with at Hyundai I was very scared to give my number out to a "salesman" again, but Steve is not a salesman he is a great guy just looking to help people find the right car. On Sunday I test drove the Corolla, told him what I ould pay and that I didn't want to make a decision that day I needed to discuss everything with my Dad because I always seek his advice in financial situations. There was no pressure, I did my own math and decided I could afford it I was also very happy that I had less blind spots than the other cars I test drove. I called Steve to make an appointment to Monday night I wanted my Dad to look over everything before I decided. The price was beyond fair, I ended up going with USAA for auto insurance which if you belong they have a car buying service that gives you a bottom line price you should pay and Earl Stewart Toyota I got an even better deal! I am truly happy with my new car and I hope to buy all my cars from there.

My salesperson was Vanessa Perez and I absolutely love her. She really treated me like she cared more about us than just selling the car. Any problem that came up from the price, the type of car or the financing she worked it out each step of the way. She worked hard to get me a good deal and even after I thought it wouldn't happen she went above and beyond to call SETF for me. Anytime anyone tells me they're going to buy a Toyota, I will definitely refer them to Vanessa.

I have bought two cars from Earl Stewart Toyota in the last two years. Each new car was replacing a very old car, one was a 15 year old Toyota RAV 4 I had purchased at Earl Stewart back in 2001. I had the pleasure of working with Brian Casey each time. There was no pressure to buy anything. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. I had such a good experience that I had my nephew work with Brian to lease a car as well. He left the same day with a beautiful RAV4 XLE. I not only recommend Earl Stewart to my friends and family, but I can prove to them what a great dealership it is because of my personal experience.

I ve been coming ever since because of Randy s professionalism and always finds a way to fit me in if needed. It is people like Randy, people like Kevin that make your day always make you smile. Today I had the pleasure of doing a trade-in and getting a used car and Tod was such a helpful salesman I m so grateful to him, and then had the pleasure of working with Andy in finance. Do not buy from these guys! I did not want waste my time driving almost 3hrs to this dealership, so I provided the salesman Jay Patel with all the necessary information they needed to structure my deal. After they received my information they did several hard inquiries that will be on my report for two years! They were also asking for a ridiculous amount of money down along with my trade. I did cars sales at a Toyota dealership also so I know how it works. I need these hard inquiries removed! I am very disappointed!

What a dealership, more than worth the drive from Delray to Lake Park. We were greated by Steve Manganello, our salesman, who we had prviously spoken to on the phone. First time ever buying a new vehicle where the salesman gave us the keys to the vehicle we were interested in and let us go drive and discuss our options without being on top of us every minute, what a joy. Steve Manganello simply guided us to where we needed to go and let us run answering all our questions along the way allowing us to make the decision that best suited us. Not only was Steve Manganello great but the entire process from selecting the vehicle and working with mangement on the trade to finance , everyone at Earl Stewart was a pleasure to work with. My wife and i had a wonderful experience at Earl Stewart Toyota. Our sales representative, Dennis was extremely personable and made the experience of purchasing our vehical much easier. They were honest and straight foward and didnt play the games of having to leave and come back multiple times to get a fair price for our trade and our new Camery. Once Dennis got us into the car we wanted, we then meet with Amber from the finance department where she was again upfront, honest and someone you could see sitting down and having a conversation with. She explained the importance of gap insurance and was even able to get our first payment due 90 days from the sale, which was a huge help.

Who says buying a new car can be tough on a woman? After having been thru a horrible accident that totaled my car, a long time devoted Earl Stewart customer recommended to go see Jon Gormley about getting a new car. Upon meeting Jon, he immediately put me at ease, comforting me with his sincere concern for my injuries and also his friendly nature made me feel right at home. I found a 2015 Camry in the beautiful cosmic grey color on the lot, but I expressed my desire for a lighter colored leather interior. He got right on it, located one in my color combination and had it delivered in a timely fashion. Mean while, he made sure I had reliable transportation while awaiting my car. Wow, if I knew buying a new car could be so pleasant, I would buy a new car more often!

We took the car to the Earl Steward dealer repair ...

We took the car to the Earl Steward dealer repair shop to have the noise I hear every morning checked, so they decided to replace the intermediate shaft which costed (labor $349 + part $312 + Tax). We were okay with that because we trusted the dealer to know how to fix the car. 2 days after, I drove to work and I heard the noise again in the parking lot of my work while I was taking sharp turns to park. I recorded several videos on my phone and sent it to a supervisor there (Joshua), then my husband was following up for several days with Mark who is the manager. We had no luck resolving this issue because when took the car back, the car was hot and the noise did not came out. It only comes up in the morning when the car is still cold. However, I recorded the noise and send it by text and email to Joshua and he showed it to others including Mark. The technician who worked on the car insisted that there was a different type of noise coming out from the steering wheel and he fixed that. We don't know what he was talking about. This is not true. The noise we brought the car with is still there. It is very unpractical and we cannot park our car in the dealership and get there early morning to test it for them to believe us that the noise is there, they will still argue with us. They could have admitted the mistake they did in their part in replacing a good part in a relatively new car. We will never be back there.

Bryan was amazing! You have the most awesome employees, I just called in for maintenance n I drove all the way from Royal Palm beach and they took me right away, I was starving and I had a fresh bagel with cream cheese and a cappuccino, I had a great experience as always and always enjoy the fish tank, so relaxing and even wrote down a recipe from the cooking show for Super Bowl, Bryant helped me figure out how to turn on my heat which I thought it was the defrost duh! I am so happy my daughter talked me into going to earl Stewart Toyota for my first new car, which I never had and I am so glad I did, I even took a picture with mr Stewart and always look foward seeing his sunrise video on facebook

what a totaly different expierence ihad when leasing my new tacoma prerunner.my salesman garry De Armond made my trip to earl stewart the best i have had at any dealership in the past. my wife and i have been leasing cars for 25 years or better i will be making an appointment with garry in 10 months when my wifes lease is up.They know how to treat customers.and also they say what there going to do for you with no haggle or hassel. Staff was courteous however.... I drive a 2013 Scion FR-S and was quoted over $800 for a spark plug change. To be fair, it costs around $340 in labor and each plug is $18.99. I want a fair price for my maintenance. Earl Stewart doesn t want to provide it. I think I am being generous with the two star rating. Please price jobs honestly.

We obtained a new Camry XSE from Karol Wilkins.
The reason we obtained a new car, which we decided to lease, was through the VIP Exchange Program. We had no desire nor did not see any need to obtain a new 2015 Camry, as we were beginning the third year of a three year purchase of a 2013 camry, with 0% financing.
Karol was totally professional, knowledgeable and persuasive as to why we should at the scheduled service date have her check out our car to see what the numbers looked like through the VIP Exchange Program. We decided to go forward with the purchase. She was the best sales person we ever dealt with in obtaining a new car.
It is a great program and she is a great sales person.

I wouldn't have believed it but leasing my car from Earl Stewart was as close to enjoyable as this kind of experience can be. I did my research on line first so I knew that what I wanted to pay was reasonable. The folks at Earl Stewart gave me a price over the phone and then they honored it! Kelly Thompson reached out after my internet contact and when I told her I wanted to come up on what was her day off, she told me, "No problem. Any of us can help you. We don't operate the way other dealers do." My salesperson was Joe Principato and he was terrific. No oops, we didn't include that or you must be mistaken about what we said. Todd was a great help in buying my first adult car, he was even waiting outside for my dad and me as we pulled in on the first day to look at a car after we d been in contact over the phone. Probably the smoothest dealership experience ever, not sure I ll be able to go to another dealer ever again!

I just wanted to let you know of the recent experience that I had in leasing a 2014 Camry. It began with a first time meeting with Martin Bruno, Sales Manager. Martin was very professional, explained alternatives, no - hassle and to the point. We quickly concluded with a "deal", that felt like "win-win" to me.

Next, I met with Tona Draughon, with whom I spent the bulk of my time. From her initial greeting to the subsequent delivery of the car, I rate her customer interfacing skills, throughness, and follow through, as a "11" on a scale of 1 to 10. She indeed is an extremely valuable asset to your Dealership.

This was my fourth leasing experience, and by far, the very best !!!!!
