Everyone here is very nice and helpful. After having my car involved in a crash, I had it towed to Earl Stewart for evaluation. The The people in the body shop were very communicative and helpful in guiding me through the process. Unfortunately my vehicle was totaled and they recommended that I look around for a new car. After looking at a few other dealers and online options I went back to Earl Stewart because I knew I wanted another Toyota . My salesperson, Oscar Ibanez did a great job. He showed me several cars and even came in on his day off to show me the car I eventually purchased. The car was detailed very nicely. Unfortunately the detailer forgot to put the hybrid cover back on in the engine compartment. Oscar indicated that he would check on it and retrieve it for me on Monday. The only problem was the time I had to wait in order to finish the purchase. Having to wait nearly an hour to see someone was a little long. I would recommend Oscar and this dealership.

Travis Jones in the service department is friendly and knowledgeable. He always makes me feel like family and it's a pleasure every time I get to bring in my 2014 Rav4 for routine service. Scott helped us purchase our new van and the buying process was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and we got out with our new car quicker than we expected (which is a huge plus with a toddler in tow!). Scott even pulled out paper and markers to let our daughter color while we were doing paperwork. Great experience... We will be back in the future!

Between myself, family, friends and co-workers, we have purchased at least 15 cars from Michael Berkoff at Earl Stewart Toyota. Michael always made the experience a pleasure as did the entire staff at Earl Stewart. If you think me having the same last name means I'm putting in a good word for a family member, I'm going to surprise you by letting you know Michael is my ex husband. Michael is a rare breed . . . knowledgable, nice and a low pressure salesperson (I know hard to believe) that's what makes dealing with him such a pleasure.

The van driver Tim told me he didn t want to get into a debate with me when I asked him why I was riding for 15 minutes taking another customer home when I live 1 mile down the road. He kept calling me ma am when we know thats not respectful!!
Also, instead of using Northlake to Military he went out the back roads from the dealership much further west than he needed!
If I would have known I would have waited at the dealership for another driver!!
On my return...the driver was at the wrong community waiting not Old Port Cove. Then at 115 Lakeshore not 123 Lakeshore...this team has to get it together!!!

Earl Stewart Toyota has been the best, easiest car shopping experience. after 5 years and 3 car purchases there, we don't even bother to look anywhere else. Dewey, our Sales-guy in the Used section, was fantastic (now and a year ago when we bought our last car there). The best deals, the lowest prices, no obnoxious dealer fees. And salespeople who actually take the time to help you look for the car that fits what you need and your budget. If/When we need another car, this is where we'll go, no doubt.

Went in to buy a no haggle price used car. Used the build my deal process to save time yet purchase took 5 hours! Can t imagine how long it would have taken without that. Spent 2 and a half hours in sales and 2 and half more in finance. When we finally going t to the car to leave the salesman said. Here s your one key, if you want another you can come back Tuesday and buy one! So now a car purchase only includes one key? The driver floor mat is missing too. I guess a used car only includes floor mats for everyone not driving the car! This was the worst car buying experience ever! Avoid Earl Stuart!

I got to the dealership at 11:00 am and left after 3:00 pm for a routine 6 month check-up. The amount of time spent at the dealership has increased with every visit. The most disturbing part was "My Free Tires For Life" were not free. I agree paying 51.00 for 4 tires is the best deal ever and of course 150.00 dollars for installation of those tires was paid as well. One last item to bring to your attention. When my car was finally finished it was blocked in with other finished vehicles which added another 10 to 15 minutes to my visit...just did not seem organized! :-(

I was assured when I bought this car 3 years ago free tires for life meant exactly that well it doesn't...which is very disappointing. To the point so much so that we are considering on buying our next car at another dealership. That will happen before the end of the year. My wife currently drives a 2001 Mazda and wants to upgrade to either a Highlander, Ford Expedition, or a Subaru.

Start to finish my experience with Mark Davis at Earl Stewart Toyota was fantastic. This is how car buying should be, no BS, just the facts and no pressure. Mark is extremely knowledgeable about his products and options for buyers. He even came in on his day off to make sure we had what we needed. VERY happy with our new 2015 Prius and the whole experience. Thanks Mark and Earl!!!

Had an appt for a tire rotation, which is on the Earl Stewart service sign-up page as $19.95(or $19.99, I forget which). Initially told it would be $24.88. When I brought up the difference in price I was told "the price had gone up." Eventually I was told they would "honor" the price on their own website (as if they were doing me a favor.) Found out I was due for an oil change also.
Waited an hour, WITH an appt., just to watch my car go into the shop. Was told it would be another 20 min. or so, but I wasn't quoted a time when I turned the car in and fully expected it to be finished well before an hour. An hour is plenty for an oil change & a tire rotation!

Then, while waiting for the car, we were accosted by 4 different little kids selling candy. NOT something you expect while waiting for service on your car! Why are they allowed to pester the customers this way? I don't know if they "belong" to someone that works there, but somebody definitely needs to rethink allowing that solicitation!

Can't say anything about the visit impressed me. They ended up comping the rotation because I knew my car had been sitting for an hour before it was even touched! You don't expect that to happen when you have an appt. Isn't that the whole reason for making the appt. in the first place?

Another man was checking out when I went to ask how much longer and I heard him say he wasn't happy also. He tried to use the famous "red phone" that is there for customers to contact someone higher-up when they are unhappy, only to discover it WASN'T EVEN CONNECTED! Yikes!

Lots of room for improvement in these processes. They did what they could by comping my rotation, but the issue is that the problems happened in the first place:
1. Wrong price on website starts interaction off on the wrong foot.
2. I wasn't given an estimate of how long the car would take, which meant I drew the logical 1-hour conclusion.
3. Allowing little kids to repeatly pester the "trapped" customers who are waiting on their cars with candy sales.
4. Not addressing a car with an appointment in a timely manner.
5. Having a customer service rep whose response was that he didn't do the work and passing the buck to the manager.
6. Having the "red phone" out on the counter, but not connected!

We had been looking at 4Runners and Highlanders for about four weeks. We'd talked to several salesmen at three different Toyota dealerships. When I called Earl Stewart Toyota last Monday and asked about a certain color, I was referred to a salesperson. . Vanessa Perez answered the phone in this very bubbly voice! I knew right then she was a young lady with a lot of class! After meeting her, my thoughts were confirmed. Vanessa showed us several SUVs, let us test-drive both. She was so pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable about Toyotas that we knew we were making the right choice in SUVs, the right dealership, and the right salesperson. As we closed on OUR Highlander, Kashif Chughtai helped us feel relaxed as this all was overwhelming. He explained every paper I was signing and each warranty, sometimes more than once! Both Vanessa and Kashif in a sincere tone, told us that if we ever had any questions to feel free to call them. I know they mean it. We are VERY happy customers!!! Thank you, Earl Stewart, for having such a dedicated, pleasant staff.

Financial parson was very good with helping me. Even when I was canceling extended warranty, he didn t give me any hard time and was cool. I thank him for that.
But when I went back to pick my truck. That sales parson Eric forgot to filling gasoline, it was E. And all the tires air pressure was low like 22. He didn t bother to come out caz he was too busy selling more car to new clients. Someone else had get that gas. But not taking care of tires air. I couldn t wait no more. i was late to work. Lost some business. On my way home I had to put more air at gas station on my own. I had to stop at many gas stations because of their air machine was not working properly or out of work. All that time I was driving a new truck with low air tires not so sure that was flat tires? It was dangerous and very inconvenient and such unpleasant and unnecessary time and effort that required me to spend. I think As soon as they sell their car they don t care their clients I was finding out on the first day of my new truck. I thought earl Stuart Toyota is better but I was wrong. Toyota makes great cars but it s shameful that I had to go through these people like Eric.

I'm not a fan of car buying, it's just never been a pleasure of mine. But when I needed to purchase a new vehicle I settled on a Toyota, Earl Stewart, and Steven Manganello -- despite the fact that they're nearly 200 miles from my home. That might seem crazy, but my mother has purchased several vehicles from Earl Stewart and has constantly raved about the quality of the dealership. More importantly, however, she raved about how well Steven had treated her when she purchased her last care. I can honestly say, everything my mother told me was 100% true. I may not like buying cars, but I liked buying a car from Steven.

Steven was courteous to myself and my family, he was willing to answer every question we had, and he really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle (or looking for an interesting story -- he has plenty).

We had a very positive car buying experience. My wife and I went in looking for a new Rav4. After our test drive it wasn't quite what we were looking for. Our sales person Brian Casey was very patient and showed us other vehicles we might like. We finally found a CPO Highlander that was just what we wanted. Brian had the car detailed for us. It also had a window gasket that needed replacement. The service department installed a new gasket and it it is now A1. The sale was smooth and without ANY added fees. No prep fees, no dealer fees, no document fees.
Buy far the best car buying experience we have had. And worth the 45 mile drive.

I have to say for a car dealer, they are very good. Like 2 times I had a poor experience on the phone.. but they have gone above and beyond to be nice and respectful to me many times. Once even gave a discount on service because they were so backed up. Even touched up my paint no charge and buffed out a scratch for free. So far I would recommend them for anything really and would buy a vehicle again from them!

I rave about Earl Stewart Toyota to all friends and family. Always have a great experience, until recently. Techs are new and young and service D. Davis is very condescending and takes his time. Takes on too much work and doesn t get the job done in a timely manner. When you talk to him he doesn t make eye contact and skips any questions you have for him and talks over you. It s employees like him that make my over 10 years of service make me not want to EVER COME BACK! Waisted my whole day and my car was never seen after he told me it s been taken in the back for service. Then tells me another once I confront him. TERRIBLE. Will NOT be seeing him again for service. Was here from 7:30am and wringing this still being here almost 3pm and my car still not done. Even speaking with others in service having general conversation he s just nasty and needs a attitude check and manners course. After visiting 4 other dealerships we called Earl Stewart Toyota and spoke to "Magic" Mike who encouraged us to come see the car we were interested in even though we were due to arrive 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close. Mike had the car up front waiting for us to see. There was no waiting for him to locate the car and bring it up he had it there waiting on us to test drive. He was super friendly and did not pressure us. He made the experience so easy. After we decided to take a step further in our process we spoke to Franco in financing and at this point it was after their closing time and not once did we feel rushed. Franco was so friendly and took care of us like we were family. Very helpful and informative. Did not waste our time on any back and forth and made sure we were on the same page the entire process. I have been involved and several vehicle purchases and his was the best experience ever. It was so amazing that I am speaking to a family member about going to the dealership for a new purchase and will make sure we go when Franco and Mike are both working. Even with all the craziness going on right now this was such a positive experience!

I have been a customer of Earl Stuart Toyota since...

I have been a customer of Earl Stuart Toyota since 2012. Steve Goldberg has been the Service Adviser I have dealt with and he is excellent. I also had body repair work done once and the body shop at this dealership is also excellent.

However, the reason I only gave this dealership a three out of five star rating is because for the last few years now I have noticed marks and scratches (not dents) on my car when I get it back after the dealership has serviced or performed mechanical repair work on it that I have had to compound out.

In addition to this, I once had damage to the inside my vehicle after work was performed that the dealer had to subsequently repair.

And I am apparently not alone when it comes to getting a car back damaged. Another customer told me that they too received their car back with damage. They said they got their car back with a dent in a door that was not there before. This customer said the door was repaired by the dealership, but like me they also say this kind of stuff should not be happening.

In addition to this, is how long it can take to get service performed. It took 3 hours to get an oil and filter change and tire rotation. That s it and all that was done except for the routine check of the car. When you have an appointment this should take no more than 1 1/2 to 2 hours at the absolute most. Then it took another 20 to 30 minutes for the car to finally be brought up to the customer pick up area.

To top it all off, after leaving the dealership and while on my way home, I got a call that I should come back to the dealership because the Tech who worked on my car was not sure if he tightened the oil pan bolt all the way. Really?

While all of the Earl Stewart Toyota employees are always courteous, respectful and seem to want to be helpful, the actual handling of customers vehicles needs a lot of improvement. Customers should not have to deal with damage to their vehicles after having service or repairs done. And the work performed should be performed in a more reasonable amount of time.

His demeanor and no pressure approach made us feel so comfortable. He was happy to show us cars in the pouring rain no less. The process was quick and painless from top to bottom.
