Wow... I just purchased a used Highlander here with my Daughter. I write a lot of Google reviews and this is the best Ive ever seen. Over 2900 reviews and a 5 star rating. I'm here though because I wanted to give them an excellent review too. Alex in used cars and his manager were wonderful. We had an issue or two which is normal with any business but the difference is how they handle it. The car needed a little TLC and not only did they fix it for free they gave us a rental while they did the repair. This is the best customer in all departments Ive ever experience at a Toyota dealership. From Alex, to his manager, to the finance guy, to the body shop, the loaner... everything. I have had questionable experiences with some of the other Toyota dealers in Palm Beach and will now only come here. I have purchased only Toyota's for over 30 years. Thank you to the Owner and his management team! Great job!
