The main problem we have as a customer is finding a dealership with a LEADER (Mr. Earl Stewart) is just one of those dealer who says what he means and does just that. I was in the auto industry for 30+ years and have my share of problems with some dealerships not taking care of the customer. The team at Earl Stewart have a code to live by everyday and it's understood by all of the team. No excuse.
I honestly feel that this is the only place to entrust your hard earned money. This is my third Toyota Sienna from this dealership, WHY ? Because they have the best Sales and Service department. I met Garry DeArmond at the dealership and he made me feel just like family and went out of his way in all parts of the sale, including coming in on his day off. I could reach Garry anytime with any question and he followed up on everything. I will have to visit him just on account. How do I know that this is the VERY BEST, been their and done that. After 30+ years as a Service & Parts Director --I know when I have found the BEST of the BEST.---I have have visited other dealership and they don't understand how to treat a customer/friend. I only wish I had the privilege of working for a dealership like Earl Stewart Toyota ( Family Owned) Be sure to look up Garry De Armond one of the best.. You are family at this dealership,
