Tona Draughon is my go to person at Earl Stewart Toyota. I just purchased my 5th Toyota from her. She makes the process easy and is not hesitant to give prices over the phone. Tona makes suggestions about models, colors and accessories that are dead on.
I am able to have all the paperwork completed before i arrive to pick up my new Toyota which is a major time saver and cuts the misery of sitting at the dealer for hours
She "gets it", and makes the process pleasant. I used to dread buying a new car, but not with Tona at Earl Stewart Toyota
I will be back for my 6th Toyota when i need my next car
