Bought two cars from this dealership and used the service dept many times. That all ended today. Do not take your vehicle to this service dept. Zero accountability. Was promised a refund after they bleeped up big time for them to call me back a week later saying they couldn t refund me. Funny thing is they called me (to cancel the refund) 10 min after I dropped my car off to a different location for $3K worth of work. I m in the market for a new car. Guess where I m not going.
