Richard in the pre-owned dept and Franco in the finance office made my purchase of a 2018 Tacoma not only very pleasant but also quick and easy. I had been looking to replace my truck for a while and been given the usual runaround at various dealerships so was expecting similar treatment when I drove onto the Earl Stewart lot. Richard greeted me in a very friendly manner and listened to what I was looking for, and took me straight to a vehicle I may be interested in, not what he wanted to push on me for a bigger commission. My vehicle was also appraised at a value I was very happy with. We discussed finance options and then Richard put the Tacoma on hold for 48 hours for me to think about it.

I went back two days later and purchased the truck. Franco was very efficient with the paperwork, explained various options for warranty etc. and I was driving home in my new Tacoma in about an hour.

Here's the best part....I took the car home with a second key missing and window tint still to be applied. Both of which were taken care of within a matter of days.
