I can't describe what a pleasure it was to purchase my new car with the help of Mike Berkoff-a normally stressful situation was anything but-Mike was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable-he sat with me in the car to be sure all of the technology was set up and that I found and understood all the controls-I doubt I have ever experienced such a stress free purchase-the finance part of the sale was equally as stress free with Shany-he also never pressured me into anything but explained every part of the paperwork to me-Earl Stewart Toyota is one of a kind and I would gladly recommend them to anyone-Heidi O'Malley
