After having my car involved in a crash, I had it towed to Earl Stewart for evaluation. The The people in the body shop were very communicative and helpful in guiding me through the process. Unfortunately my vehicle was totaled and they recommended that I look around for a new car. After looking at a few other dealers and online options I went back to Earl Stewart because I knew I wanted another Toyota . My salesperson, Oscar Ibanez did a great job. He showed me several cars and even came in on his day off to show me the car I eventually purchased. The car was detailed very nicely. Unfortunately the detailer forgot to put the hybrid cover back on in the engine compartment. Oscar indicated that he would check on it and retrieve it for me on Monday. The only problem was the time I had to wait in order to finish the purchase. Having to wait nearly an hour to see someone was a little long. I would recommend Oscar and this dealership.
