After visiting 4 other dealerships we called Earl Stewart Toyota and spoke to "Magic" Mike who encouraged us to come see the car we were interested in even though we were due to arrive 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close. Mike had the car up front waiting for us to see. There was no waiting for him to locate the car and bring it up he had it there waiting on us to test drive. He was super friendly and did not pressure us. He made the experience so easy. After we decided to take a step further in our process we spoke to Franco in financing and at this point it was after their closing time and not once did we feel rushed. Franco was so friendly and took care of us like we were family. Very helpful and informative. Did not waste our time on any back and forth and made sure we were on the same page the entire process. I have been involved and several vehicle purchases and his was the best experience ever. It was so amazing that I am speaking to a family member about going to the dealership for a new purchase and will make sure we go when Franco and Mike are both working. Even with all the craziness going on right now this was such a positive experience!
