Our Loan Officer, Anthony Kim was extremely helpful in processing our Refi and the process was very easy. We were kept informed every step of the way and the on-line process was easy to do.

Gerry Burke was an excellent originator. He answered all of our questions timely and helped us closed sooner than expected. The closing costs, interest rate and terms were all better than expected. We would recommend Gerry to anyone who needs a home loan!

This is the most knowledgeable Mortgage company that I have ever experienced and the three individuals that I dealt with were exceptional! Jason Brooks, Cari Marken and Earl Kunke were the best and I recommend them to everyone!

My loan officer Tara B. made the whole process enjoyable. And she was like a Mom, a Sister the whole time. She allowed me to achieve something that I wanted to be completed by 30. The day I saw her ad on Facebook til she came to closing it's a moment I will always cherish. When everyone was saying no Tara was able to tell me YES and get me the pre approval to get a new construction. Being a single mom that was a big deal breaker for me and Tara made it possible.

At first they seemed legit...promised everything would go smoothly and quickly. Told us to stop making our current house note (redflag) and cancel our home owners insurance and said they would pay it which they didn t (red flag). I got a letter from my current mortgage company telling us we were now uninsured and they were going to buy insurance for us! EMM told us to get an house appraisal ASAP at our cost of $525 because that was all they were waiting on for closing, then did nothing with it for weeks. After 6 weeks EMM loan manager called me and informed me they screwed up the loan paperwork and would have to start the entire loan from scratch, new loan number and everything. Six weeks of stress and paperwork wasted.I was beginning to have a bad gut feeling half way through this and I was right. Today I told them to cancel the whole process...too bad we are out $525 for a home appraisal we can t use. Called a new Loan Company today and they gave us a whole point lower interest rate of 2.75! They also told us a legit loan company would never tell anyone to stop making their existing loan payments, that it would ruin your credit and you must always have Home Owners Insurance current...BEWARE OF THESE GUYS! SCAMMERS!

Was very satisfied with the refinance process and would highly recommend E Mortgage to others. The agent kept me informed and answered all my questions. I was comfortable with their service, for it was my first time with a different lender and was nervous at first.

Worst mortgage company I ever worked with. Didn t close on time, staff was not able to provide any answers and was definitely overcharged. Go with any other mortgage lender if you have the chance.

This company has a worker named Dave, who was a complete jerk when I asked him specific questions about refinancing my mortgage. He then yelled at and spoke over me when I called him out for not making sense. I called back and he never picked back up the phone because he could identify my number through caller ID. I eventually called another department and spoke with his manager. I have decided not to go with this company, hence why I haven't requested services. I would not recommend this company. It's very sketchy.

Using E-Mortgage was the best decision I made and individual Melissa Gabbidon was assigned to my case and she is the best, very reachable, reliable, knowledgeable of the process and explaining the paperwork and what you ll need to finish the process. She came to my closing and was very honest and straightforward in the process. Definitely recommending.

This is the most knowledgeable Mortgage company that I have ever experienced and to Kevin Braun along with his entire team that I dealt with were exceptional! After dealing with a very sketchy Mortgage Company first I was referred to Kevin Braun who was the best and I recommend them to everyone! From being responsive and non stop working to achieve the best rate and payment possible his entire staff worked tirelessly to help my wife and our family purchase not only our first home but the home of our dreams!! I d give E Mortgage Management and Chris Herrick in Louisville, Ky 10 stars if it were possible! I cannot express enough how amazing Chris was. We were in a VERY tough spot and had 5/3 bank giving us nothing but issue after issue including botching what should have been a very simple appraisal. We dropped 5/3 after a month because of this - then called Chris Herrick. From the day Chris took over, we had our loan app approved, appraisal completed, through underwriting and closed on our new home in 11 days. Yes, 11 days! I closed loans for a major bank for many years and that is unheard of if not almost impossible. Chris was ALWAYS easy to reach by email, text and phone and always responded very quickly. I m reviewing this from my new home right now and I can t express in words how grateful I am. Chris made everything simple, smooth and obviously fast! 10 stars for Chris Herrick & E Mortgage Management!!!

E Mortgage team Scott and Tina are by far the best experience I have had in home purchasing. They were quick to respond to any questions and kept me informed. My Realtor Warren Ring recommended E mortgage when I gave him the interest rate my bank offered, and boy am I glad he did! Scott knocked it down a full point and the overall loan experience was a breeze and very efficient. I highly recommend E mortgage.

The loan process was great. Trying to pay the mortgage on line afterward absolutely the WORST!!! No one answers the phone and you cannot find a way to log in to pay the mortgage. Do not use!

Avoid this company at all cost. The incompetence of the sales manager Candi Devenne in their Tampa office in beyond reproach.

Our firm is in the process of selling many of our rental portfolio assets, and we had a buyer that used that firm to originate her loan. On September 8, 2020, we were told that all is good and the appraiser did not call for any repairs .

However, on September 21, she finally provided the appraisal that came in significantly below what she had said on September 8. When asked the difference, her response was that it was "simply an oversight on her part", and it was up to us, the seller, to lower the price. We do not agree with the appraisal, as it does not reflect our own knowledge of what we have sold our own properties for in the immediate area, and believe it to be flawed based on factors that were not considered.

However, what Ms. Devenne has done:

1. Cost the seller two weeks of being able to market the property. Had the proper information been provided to our realtor on the 8th, the contract would have been cancelled and we would have moved on.
2. The buyer was ready to close in less than a week, had already packed, given notice to her landlord, and was switching utilities, all of the time consuming items it takes to move, basing her knowledge that she was given the proper information. She may have made homeless, with 3 young children, and no telling the costs involved in reversing everything that was in place.

We will be reporting this lack of professionalism and incompetence to the office of Consumer Finance for state of Florida.

Scott learned of us from our previous lender asking for a pay off. Scott reached out to us and asked if he could help and wanted to keep our business. He was able to offer a slightly better deal than was enough of a difference for us to switch over to Scott to refinance. A++

Dave and Jared were great to deal with on our refinance. whole process was smooth and quick. Very satisfied!

David was a big help and walked me through all the steps. It was Actually fairly easy to go through. I would totally recommend him to handle your mortgage refi.

This scam company sent a letter to my wife declaring that her mortgage went, under review, and that she was eligible for mortgage refinancing.

1: My wife does not have a mortgage on our house.
2: If this was a legitimate company, they would be aware of 1.
3: I am sole owner of the property.
4: I am sole OWNER of the property. There is no mortgage.

I am sick of misleading and false advertising, companies like this are a dime a dozen. They pray on honest, hard working people, and hide behind whatever legal loophole they can find. Any legitimate outfit would be well aware of our situation and this scam letter shows their true intentions, to use government programs to make a quick buck. No response from this company is desired, neither my wife or I are interested in hearing some convoluted retort. We think that other consumers should be aware that there is no interest from this company on actually understanding what their solicitations imply and how they affect consumers.

I am very impressed with E Mortage Management LLC, they are quick and efficient, professional and honest. I was able to refinance my mortgage without interrupting my daily schedule. That is how up to date they are in technology communication.

I could not have asked for an easier refinance. Rob is absolutely awesome, and you can bet I will be throwing his name around any time someone asks me about obtaining a loan. This is the second time that I have worked with Rob, and thanks to his hard work everything went smoothly, and I felt more informed listening to him than my own real estate agent the first time around. Rob even reached out to me about refinancing and getting a better interest rate, and that was almost 2 years after working with him on my original loan. Should I ever buy another house, Rob will be my first call. Thanks again!!!

I worked with Tony Kim in rewriting my mortgage. Tony, whom I have woke with before, called to let me know that rates had lowered substantially. I really wasn't sure how I felt about it so he ran some numbers and got back to me with the amount of monthly savings (very good amount I must add) so I said "let do it." Tony was NEVER pushy but very patient, answering all questions/concerns and walking me patiently through anything that I did not understand fully. It wa obvious to me that he was interested in my comfortability with my decision. Love working with E Mortgage and highly recommend them (any my pal Tony for sure) to ANYONE looking to either get or rewrite a mortgage.

I was a first time home buyer, (i've never bought a home before) bc apparently the term means differently in loan terms. EMM and Chris Herrick were amazing, informative, and patient (as i lacked alot of basic knowledge on home buying), but they were great. I most certainly do recommend Chris Herrick and all of the EMM family to assist you in your home buying endeavor.

I had been looking for a good mortgage company to refinance my mortgage for a couple of years, E Mortgage was the only company to come through with a lower finance rate; they are outstanding.

Don't do business with this lender. Almost as soon as we had closed on the house, they sold our loan to another company and failed to notify us, which caused a major debacle and ended with a massive overdraft on our bank account and major fees to go with it. Don't walk, RUN from this lender.
