MWC Group Review

I am a single mum who has been renting for over 13 years and never thought I could own my own home. I have tried several avenues to see whether I can progress to the next stage of becoming a home owner but each time I was turned away.
One night I came across A MWC Group advertisement on facebook along with many other ads for home loans but somehow I chose MWC Group and submitted a request.
A few days later I was contacted by a person from their call centre to arrange a meeting with one of their Reps. From meeting David to finding a piece of land to arranging a meeting with Courtney at their office, it all happened within a few weeks from my initial request.
The meeting with Courtney was unbelievably comfortable and she explained everything in a way that even a sceptical person like me felt at ease. However, I do remember asking her What s the catch; This is too good to be true . But I walked away from that meeting feeling comfortable and at ease knowing that Courtney and the whole team at MWC Group had our best interest at heart.
And with a few pumps on the way, we finally settled on our land and house package and will commence building very soon.
Courtney and Angie, I cannot thank you enough for all you have done and for making our dream of owning our first home possible. You girls are just amazing!!!! The client service was phenomenal!! You were both on the ball and always kept me updated every step of the way.

My husband and I started on our journey with MWC back in November 2017 after my husband filled in an on-line form he saw on Facebook. Following this, we had an in-home visit from David, who was just lovely. I had always dreamed of owning my own home, but never thought it would be possible for us. Enter MWC group!! From our very first meeting in their office, I knew we were in safe hands. Due to the position we were in, our financial approval process was long and complicated, but the ladies (Angie & Mel) at Equity Finance were there every step of the way and I have no doubt that they would have tried anything to get that approval for us, which is just what they did. Then the building process began. Rebecca at MWC was there for anything we needed in regards to the build through Gallery Homes. Not to mention Deb, who always let us know she was there if we had any questions. The support through MWC is just amazing. Once finance was approved, the whole process was simple and easy. Our site supervisor Jeremy was a wealth of knowledge and a top bloke! Now we are proud owners of our first home, which I absolutely love. A very high quality build, which is just what we were promised. I cannot thank MWC and Gallery Homes enough. You are truly a wonderful bunch of people and I cannot fault the experience we had. Steve and I had been looking for the right house and land package for more than six months but couldn't find anything in the area for our budget. After speaking to MWC and expressing our interest Louise was able to find us land and give us three different house layouts to choose from. It was a relief to know that it was possible to build a house for our growing family in the area with everything we need and more. We've been in the investment property market for a few years now and have bought and sold. For our recent purchase we used MWC and to say they are the most professional organization we have dealt with throughout any of our purchases would be an understatement. Communication was sensational and anytime it seemed we would be facing an issue with another organization involved, they made sure it became their problem, not ours. We would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future.

We started our journey with MWC about a year ago by reaching out to the Nick who we got along with immediately. Nick explained their process in plain English and took the time to walk us through each of the stages. We have been renting all our adult lives and didn't think that owning our own house, let alone build from a plan we got to choose, was a realistic option. How wrong were we? What a great service I received from the team at MWC Group, from beginning to end and even hours just before handover. It was great to finally 'come home' after building for the last few months. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking to get their first home to go through MWC, I was extremely nervous in the beginning having never done anything like this before and at every step of the way I was guided as to what I needed to do, it made the process of owning my first home stress free - and the house is beautiful!

Their friendly staff lead us through every step of the of the way to our new home. They made the entire process easy to understand and follow, taking care of many things we would not have even thought of.

I had so much trouble with other brokers giving me false and misleading information. First time I met David i thought wow this is going to be a great start, from day 1 Ange,Bec,David,Deb,Mel,Kyla and Angela all helped me nothing was ever too hard and nor did they complain about the million questions i constantly had! Every step was easy, and they always responded to me straight away whenever I called LVM, you name it they would be contacting me back within 24hours at the very latest. They are the nicest people ever and make you feel important and understand your needs and help you get what you want. After all of their efforts I ended up with a my first home at 26yrs old a 4 bedroom house which I never thought was possible! ! I cant thank them enough for what they have done for me, and also for being the most amazing team ever! You guys are wonderful and I will be forever grateful with what you guys have helped me achieve!

We found MWC group thru friends, and let me tell you they definitely earned their money. I didn't have the best credit rating, we had a long search for the right block, but we got there finally. We are now first time home owners, something I never thought we would be, we had issues with council, and the builder we choose. But MWC were with us every step of the way, day or night, no question was too many, there were days where I didn't think we would get there, but thanks to MWC and only MWC we are there, I would highly recommend this broker to anyone, always go the extra mile and deliver what they promised 100%.

MWC group do an exceptional job of reassuring and guiding first home buyers through one of the most important milestones of their lives. The ease and simplicity of the process was the envy of my friends who were going through the process of buying their first home with another provider and were often left in the dark or confused about what came next. Thankfully we had MWC group (a team of experts) to handle absolutely everything for us with the hardest part of the process being picking a floor plan and paint scheme. I never would have guessed that I could become a home owner with such a low deposit. Thought I'd give it a try this year, knowing I had to move out of my rental and wow!
