I worked with Tony Kim in rewriting my mortgage. Tony, whom I have woke with before, called to let me know that rates had lowered substantially. I really wasn't sure how I felt about it so he ran some numbers and got back to me with the amount of monthly savings (very good amount I must add) so I said "let do it." Tony was NEVER pushy but very patient, answering all questions/concerns and walking me patiently through anything that I did not understand fully. It wa obvious to me that he was interested in my comfortability with my decision. Love working with E Mortgage and highly recommend them (any my pal Tony for sure) to ANYONE looking to either get or rewrite a mortgage.
