Lack of customer relationship training but training in proper space design

The building does not correspond to the visuals presented on the model. I find it scandalous to welcome students without having completed the building work. To be honest, the building is not even painted. At the price of the year ...

Very good design school! The new school is very beautiful and modern. It is very pleasant to study! The classes are very interesting and we have good teachers. Request our autonomy for projects and this is very important for the world of work. The projects are interesting and ask for our personal knowledge. We can share our interests behind the projects. The educational team is very well attended and helps if needed. Thank you ! I advise. The location is good too, close to a green area.

Departure for Budapest tomorrow! great school, lots of different classes and teachers. Great atmosphere also between students.

I start my first year at this establishment on September 30, an externally very beautiful school and a campus under construction with a lot of leisure at hand, everything to succeed in your studies, I fully hope that the teachers and the courses correspond to my expectations considering the price of the school

Big regrets about the content of the courses, unfortunately not representative of the real work in a company.

Communication within the team of the difficult establishment leaving the students in disarray.
Example among many others:
- all the students did not receive emails relating to the exam due to a lack of communication within the teaching team

- educational team not informed of the recognition of their diploma by the state for 2 years (information blocked at the secretariat)
Information that would have been decisive to know for students in difficulty who for some they ended their training due to the working conditions.
- the material made available to students is ridiculous given the price of a year in the establishment: a printer for all students (at least 200 people and printing costs 80ct the A3 color), no plotter is provided available (it's a DESIGN school!), plan to bring your mouse and ethernet cable for computers ..., no work room is available to students outside of class hours ...

Despite everything, some team members know how to be present and to listen to the students and allow some adaptation.

BTS Graphic Design in line with my expectations:

- Professors present and listening, and who exercise a professional activity in addition to that of teacher which brings to classes and topics treated a more concrete and professional aspect.
- Good preparation for the exam as well for the writings as for the oral ones which makes it possible to obtain the diploma without too much difficulties.
- Very good atmosphere teachers / students and great trips.

I recommend this training.

Good premises, administration attentive, but on the other hand I have the impression that they sometimes recruit anyone as teachers. I have a plastic expression teacher who has never attended art school, who had hardly taught before, and who has never taken part in any exhibition anywhere (no info on her on the internet ). I wouldn't want to come forward, but when our parents pay several thousand euros for our studies, we would like to have people of a certain reputation, or at least of a certain stature. Not the first scribbler who passes what ...

P.S: I answer the person just below. I specify that I did not put my real name so as not to "shoot" my education. You can never be too careful.
I would like someone to explain to me how a master's degree in heritage mediation (therefore unrelated to art teaching) and an artistic activity as a ballroom singer makes this person competent and suited to the position?
After having taught in college for a year, this is probably not enough to then teach in a higher school! (which costs on average around 5,000 euros per year for each student).
If to teach in higher education, it is enough to have a book with two or three reproductions of famous painters from more than 100 years ago (like Bonnard or Matisse) and two drawings of very girly little birds, this is the door open to anything.

The upgrade is not up to par. We teach you two or three things at the beginning of the year and after that it's up to you! I barely exaggerate: 80% of work to be provided for 20% of lessons ...
