I was a first time home buyer, (i've never bought a home before) bc apparently the term means differently in loan terms. EMM and Chris Herrick were amazing, informative, and patient (as i lacked alot of basic knowledge on home buying), but they were great. I most certainly do recommend Chris Herrick and all of the EMM family to assist you in your home buying endeavor.
