Excellent customer service, after an order failed to arrive after being sent to me, I was given clear information about what the options were and as the items I had ordered were on back order I was given the option to either wait or select an alternative, I was kept informed about the situation and received the replacement once they arrived in stock, a very pleasant shopping experience and I will happily shop there again, knowing that they are good when things go wrong not just when everything goes to plan.
