Absolutely amazing. The perfect family friendly resort! Helpful staff, clean beach, good food, and comfortable hotel rooms! The overall service was great too! We are already planning our next trip to Phuket, and Dusit Thani will be our pick again.

There is old part and new , old is very old, it's good for kids and nice beach

Great hotel! Tons of activities the beach is clean and not that crowded. Only thing you should know is that there is a 24/7 a red flag waving at the beach even on ridiculously low wave hours. Ignore it? But other than food is great rooms were nice. Just towards the last day it was completely unhygienic with ants and a cockroach in the kettle. Which could be the only reason why I'm little disappointed.

I came to Thailand! Very nice interior with staff and staff.
We stayed at Roundmark Suite in the rainy season in September, but breakfast, afternoon tea lounge was also vacant.
The shuttle bus to Patong Central is also charged, so it is a nice point to be active.

We stayed 14 days at this resort. All very nice, from the rooms always clean, an oasis of beautiful greenery, relaxation and tranquility everywhere. The swimming pool is also very quiet and beautiful. We had dinner in one of the 4 restaurants, we ate very well, a ossobuco with beans that even in Milan don't ... the price is a little excessive. Resort suitable for families with children, excellent !!!!

Everything seems to be fine, but breakfasts are not the best. There were many strangers not from our hotel.

A good place for relaxation for the whole family.

Secluded area. A little bit far (to and from) everywhere so you could enjoy the waves of the sea, the sounds of the birds and be with nature.

Nice beach and sunbeds. But staff is too busy and not so friendly.

Hotel is located in the Laguna complex and has 4 or 5 restaurants so there s a wide range of different types for cuisines. There's is one swimming pool which overlooks Bangll Tao beach. Rooms are clean and spacious with both bathtub and shower. Service is excellent and there are free of charge shuttle buses and boats running during the day so that you can visit other hotels within the complex. There are also supermarkets located throughout the Laguna complex.

30 year old property but well maintained and super service. Clean beaches and filled with families.

We stayed at this hotel villa in October. It was the most comfortable of all the hotels I have ever stayed, and it was a dream-like hotel. I would like to return to this hotel, but I am very sorry that there are no direct flights from Japan as of 2019. The kitchen has a set of dishes and utensils, but no seasonings. Could you lend me if you asked? We went to the supermarket about 2 km away on foot, purchased ingredients and seasonings and cooked. Since there are no staff who can speak Japanese, we recommend that you have a translation application that can be used offline. Mosquitoes will enter your hotel room from nowhere, so you should ask the front desk for an insect repellent machine. The sea in front of the hotel is strong in waves and suddenly deepens, so it is not suitable for children. The use of the hotel pool is highly recommended for children. There is no coin laundry at this hotel. Since it is not official, you will be at your own risk. They will finish by the next day at 100 baht per kg. (There is a part that is unnatural Japanese for machine translation.

Overall, the resort staff that I liked were friendly, and the building itself was pretty, so there were many things to see. Above all, there were not many people, so in the case of a restaurant, I felt like I had a charter.The pool is wide and the deep part is about 2m deep, so you can swim. . Also, the sea is connected to the swimming pool, but the waves are so strong that it is difficult to get in.

My family stayed in a pool villa building, and the attached picture shows the water,
It is divided into 2 floors above ground and 1 basement level. The first floor is a kitchen and a living room. The second floor is a bedroom with a private swimming pool.

Overall, all were good, but to list only the inconveniences, the stairs to the basement and the second floor are steep. People with poor knees may find it difficult to move. do
Because the building is low-rise and exposed to the outdoors, bedbugs and lizards sometimes greet you when you enter the room.
And in the case of a pool villa, it is far from the breakfast restaurant, so you have to move about 100m including stairs every morning.

This resort would not give you any chance of complaining. We had a 3 night stay here and everything was amazing. Courteous staff, amazing food, amazing property. Thankyou for your service we hope to see you again.

Rooms are nice. No problems at all. Staff was great. If you're looking for lively or fun, there may be better choices but for quiet and relaxing, this is your jam.

Very laid back, the woods on the beach provide shade, birds and breeze for relaxation. Taking a nap on the lounge chair will give your body and mind total relaxation. The hotel room is slightly smaller, but the service is attentive and it is a very nice resort hotel.

A beautiful hotel with good amenities and a nice beach, there are three restaurants on site, each of which is good, but double the price of what you ll pay if you leave the hotel grounds. The concierge is very helpful in arranging free transportation to local restaurants if you give them a 20-minute warning. There s also a person dedicated to helping you set up adventures all around Phuket. It s quite north of Phuket town, and taxis cost 700B each way (much more expensive than other cities in Thailand).

Phuket lagoon beach area Angsana, Dusit and Outrigger Located midway between 3 hotels. Outrigger's favorite pool, Angsana Great resort to relax. The pool is also the most ecologically friendly and quiet place to rest. There is nothing to see around the lagoon.

Very nice room with pretty good amenities. Lovely grounds and great breakfast. The nearby beach is great for a long walk, and pretty nice to swim at, too.

Lovely beach with some great places to eat and drink. Tom yam goong restaurant was a great little place to stop for a couple of cocktails and some nice home cooked food. Midway along Bang tao beach.

Dusit is an excellent property in Phuket. The rooms are clean excellent view and great staff. You can easily spend 2 days in the property itself with the beach and pool. I am satisfied with their service. The only minus is that this property is far away from the main town area where you get some food besides hotel food. So that a shortcoming. I recommend dusit.

Stayed in the pool villa. The room and living room were very neat and very spacious and nice. But when I booked it was ocean view, but half of the motorcycles and motor boats are visible. I asked for a room to be moved, but it was full, so I moved to stay for one day on the last day. But even in that villa, I could still see a motorboat and a motorcycle. I was disappointed. It's the most expensive room, but the view wasn't the most expensive.
Breakfast was so normal. I don t have much to eat

It is an excellent family hotel, clean rooms, kids club, sandy beach, playground, fitness center, lawn, big trees, swimming pool, can swim all day. Including a children's pool, a slide, a water gun, a small water park And many other activities

Fantastic stay. I've not gone to many 5 star hotels but this one really set the bar for me.

A good hotel, but if there were less of our neighbors from the east, it would be good and rest.

Staff is GREAT and make this place. Absolutely everyone I encountered were friendly and efficient ..i had an issue with my room though ..thats the 4 stars ..for a weeksnd stay it was a bit of a hassle. Family friendly which can get annoying at the pool and for a private beach it's not maintained well. I saw a needle in the sand and that was a bit of a turn off and picked up 3 plastic bottles myself since some tourists just plain ole suck.

Awesome resort, we were here for around 4 days. Booked lagun facing room, but they upgraded it to sea facing room for free. You can see a beautiful sunset which happens right in the middle of the ocean. Thus colors of light on the beach in the evening is awesome. There is free shuttle within laguna area which drops you to the main gate and from there you can take a walk in the market. Hotel staff is very good, and transportation desk was very co-operative, gave us comfortable trips and packages in the phuket town. This was the trip to remember.

Not bad. Lonely, prices are above average, comfort is also above average - the beach, breakfast, number of rooms. The simulators are old and even rusty - but at least not stuffy inside. All muscle groups can not work - especially the legs

Club room with sea view was great. Service was exceptional. Daily classes and activities such as aqua aerobics, stretching and others. A very good resort.

All I like are the room,good,services, But there has something are missing!

For example activities ,there has windsurfing and sailing for rent and lern. It was promoted in there website and it made me interested and decided to stay here for a week but all equipment are broke. The sail are never been taking care,staff are not there.
I been asking for 4 time. I saw good wind but there said it too hot,it is no both to pick up me (I don't need both though) ,and he said it been a month no one rent this equipment!'

Why don't the management team look and check him a bit. Because then hotel should take all information about windsurfing out of webpage. Then No one make mistakes again.

Really disappointed . I can't take picture to show you but actually hotel can contact me directly. I would like to see my dusit hotel still keeping the best services.

The restaurants are varied, the staff are welcoming and warm

Totally recommended. It is a large complex with all services. The staff is very attentive and pleasant as well as effective when it comes to solving any problem even if it has nothing to do with them. At this time the pool is under construction but they intend to have it finished by October. The rooms need to be modernized a bit. That's why I do not give it 5 *.
