The hotel is clean and sweet, just the treatment is bad

Most amazing hotel in Abu Dhabi..I am part of Dusit Thani construction..Very new technology used for visual interaction (IP TV)and most luxurious and spacious rooms.

We had to book a room on the behalf of our CEO. After being promised a deal over the phone and despite agreeing to honour the 2 for 1 available on the entertainer app. Our CEO arrived to be charged full price for both nights stay and they denied any agreement made DESPITE an email written from them that clearly displayed the agreement made. They refused to honour the offer (which is also shown on their website) and said unless the full price for both nights was paid that he would be unable to stay.

What 5 star establishment treats their guests in this way? What hotel would rather turn away business in this current economy, than to honour a deal they made on the phone just an hour before? Shameful Behaviour.

It is distinguished by its location on Sheikh Zayed Road but Maistahl is priced

I loved their apartment and specially the iftar buffet it was wow

It's one of the best hotel in AD with wonderful lobby and restaurants. I always visit them. I still not believe the attitude of the duty manager Tariq when i raised a complain about the reception desk staff regarding their unhappy faces he directly answered me that it s because the time 2 am. I told him this is s 5 starts hotel and the time should not be an issue, the second answer was go and find other 5 stars hotels. Than i told him that i will raise a complain in AD tourist and here is the surprise. He pointed in his name on the tag (tariq) and he told me go and complain where ever you want. Really sad that the reaction of the duty manager of dust thani hotel is like this.

i love urban kitchen, i go there for the service, the variety and the freshness of the food, as well as the price, best buffet in Abu Dhabi for me, in comparison with 5 stars hotels, trust a foodie :)

Nice rooms with glass elevator. Room corridors at entrance are open up to the top. Just be carefull.

Staff are very polite and well mannered. The lobby gives the feeling of grandeur, comfort with a taste of class. A very nice place to rest and relax.

Very good hotel and service. Situated around 10 to 15 minutes from the exhibition center and not deep in the city center making it convenient to go around the city and exit easily to Dubai. They have also apartments. Underground parking. Nice reception.

Made an error in billing which took a long time to rectify, but compensated me with a free night stay, so all is good. thanks

The hotel is excellent. The truth is not cheap. There are also separate apartments if you are going to work in this country. The prices are not cheap. bars, you can order food in the room. Like that.

Lovely hotel and great staff! Fitting for its rating. Map shows they got a Tesla charger but valet parking personnel did not charge the car.
