Had wonderful Thai food at Benjorong restaurant very professional and courteously served. Every suggestion by the steward was a delight.

I have stayed in Dusit for 4 nights and I really loved it. The room was very spacious and they upgraded me for deluxe room for free. The view was amazing from my room and everything about this place was perfect.
Staff were helpful, amenities were great I hight recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Abu Dhabi because you are going to love it for real

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel during my last visit to Abudhabi. The rooms are very clean and the food they offer is wonderful. This is a true 5 star hotel (level of service, quality of food, quality of finishes, rooms, etc). I also had the opportunity to attend a conference there as well. The conference halls are well designed, and are fitted perfectly depending on your needs.

The only negative thing I have about this hotel is the gym facility. While it was clean and the staff was amazing, the facility was small and the equipments were limited. Saying that, I only stayed there for few days and the gym was good enough for me.

will definitely come back if not for a room definitely for the food (Indian specially).. or maybe both :-)

Fantastic hotel with superb customer service. Nothing is too much for the staff especially Ms Ashley on reception. Facilities outstanding including the gym and pool. Food in the restaurant was absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be coming to the Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi in the future.

Too strict in the booking policy: I booked through an external agency a non-refundable rate, but I made a mistake. I called the agency 1 minute after the booking, the agency immediately called the hotel to correct the checkout date mistake, but the hotel was very strict and didn't allow any changes, although it passed just 1min from the booking.

Great property and the staff is very helpful and courteous. I had actually travelled without any Dirhams on me (silly, I know!!!) and the taxi was unable to take payment via card. The bell boy promptly paid for me while I arranged to get cash in lieu of my card payment at the front desk. Through all of this they were simply polite not making me feel the least bit awkward about the situation.

One of the best hotel experiences so far! Amazing clean rooms, good hospitality and top of the range Gym and Pool. Breakfast is amazing too. Little on the expensive side with not very good outside views but the hotel itself is top notch!

It was great and I am pleased with my stay in Duist Thani. The staff was very friendly and efficient in their work. However, few things could be improved such as having the hair dryer available in rooms.

Amazing rooms, but its a really formal hotel with almost nothing to do at the spare time

Not a bad hotel but even the non-smoking rooms smell (I have stayed twice, and twice they smelled) and neither the operator, the reception, maintenance, or housekeeping picks up the phone when you need something. You have to keep calling and calling and calling. It gets frustrating quickly.
