Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi Review

One thing is for sure, the food here won't disappoint. If you're a fan of East Asian food, then this place is for you. The portion sizes are generous.
The swimming pool is a little on the small side considering the size of the hotel.
Why the four stars? No one in the hotel was fully aware of the package we had taken. Everytime we chose to privately dine-in meant talking to several people, reception, restaurant staff, managers who all were not aware of our package. It caused a lot of undue stress.
BUT a few staff members did really make our stay more comfortable; Restaurant staff: Ibrahim and Shishir and front receptionist: Orchid, all went above and beyond their job role to ensure we were happy. Thank you :)

There is parking for special events but they let you park your car instead of a driver to do it for u. This wastes your time somehow

Very respectful and kind personnel with luxury and beautiful furniture and great city view and comfortable access to ABU DHABI places. Restaurant quality and food variety is very good.

The hotel is luxurious and the last thing is two people in the lobby, and people are waiting for a short time to reach their turn, although there are computers and tables next to the reception, but it is empty.

The hotel was good and front of desk service was amazing. The Thai restaurant was probably the best in Abu Dhabi.

Too cold there AC running like you are in freezer got sick there

Though it's a five star hotel but will give 4 star. Not very beautiful hotel but worthy to stay. Food is not very costly. Have a great stay.

The Big Ballroom is great, spacious & beautifully decorated suiting for functions like marriage or grant celebration events.
